What if Automobili Lamborghini SpA decided to take the Diablo GT limited edition idea one step further and use the MY2000 Diablo 6.0 VT as a base for this new special. You would probably end up with something like the picture above, the special Carbon Fiber rear wing and the roof mounted air intake are present, and the front bumper receives a special fully integrated oil cooler. Also the stunning, hand polished, three piece 18 inch wheels are again used to cover the slightly larger perforated and ventilated disc brakes mounted, only now these wheels use color coded central spiders. On the inside special Momo race type bucket seats would be mounted with four-paint racing harness seat belts and instead of the Carbon Fiber central console a Kevlar unit could be used, just to set the GT version apart from the 'normal' 6.0 VT. As for the engine, a reprogramming of the electronic injection system and a slightly modified exhaust system would allow horsepower to climb to a healthy 610 Bhp at 7500 rpm, allowing the Diablo 6.0 GT to reach 375 Km/h (or 235 Mph). It's always nice to dream ...
