Here is a view of what the Lamborghini Islero could have looked like when Automobili Lamborghinin had decided to make an open-top version of it. This particular car also features the optional Borrani 72-spoke wheels, which in my opinion look very good on the classic Islero. Note the special hard-cover over the opened canvas top and the small chrome bar at the top of the front windscreen mounts, overall this does look like a nice balanced car for a convertible.
