The new Lamborghini Murciélago will receive a new version each year according to Mr Grecco, in 2004 a
Roadster version would be presented, this could mean that 2003 might see a GT version being introduced. Let's move ahead of things and take a look at that GT version right now, the car presented here has a mildly modified front spoiler, this way the air intakes don't look so massive, also special high beam lights are mounted in the upper intakes. Note that the intakes in front of the rear wheels have been modified to be completely integrated into the bodywork, most people didn't like the 'added on' look of the original ones, naturally there are special intakes mounted on the engine cover, two small ones similar to those seen on the latest Bugatti prototypes, to cool the enlarged engine, a full 6.5 Liter displacement, with a power output of 640 Bhp would satisfy most people, but the 'Jota' upgrade as seen on the Diablo SE30 will be available again, boosting power to a healthy 690 Bhp, without compromising driveability ... Naturally, all this is speculation, but isn't it nice to think about it ... |
