To celebrate four decades of Automobili Lamborghini SpA, a limited edition Murcielago was presented, finished in a very special green color, using various
Carbon Fiber parts and using a sport exhaust it was an impressive car to say the least.

Initially the factory decided to built only 40 cars, all numbered, but numerous orders were received and Automobili Lamborghini SpA quickly decided to built
50 cars, where the number 1 of 50 would remain in the factory. Priced a little higher than the standard Murcielago, the 40th Anniversary became an instant collectible,
and most cars will probably remain inside a garage, parked to increase their value over the years.
The exclusive 'Verde Artemis' color is actually a pearl metallic shade of green, combine this with Carbon Fiber parts of the bodywork, like the black
inserts in front of the shoulder mounted air intakes,

the door pilars, dark titanium tinted wheels and a loud sports exhaust, you get a very nicely finished Lamborghini.
Also note that the interior was special, using a two tone upholstery with white inserts, the driver's seat used perforated grey leather while the passenger would
be seated in smooth black leather.
Every single car would receive a unique serial number, a special certificate of authentication and a stunning Carbon Fiber suitcase that fits neatly underneath
the front hood.
But let's take a look at this scale model, a big 1/18th scale made by AutoArt clearly shows the attention to detail ... this is a true miniature version of
'the real deal'.
Note that AutoArt offers this stunning model in a big white box, including a clear plexi dust cover and a 1/87th scale keychain, the latter also showing the
40th Anniversary edition Murcielago, very nice and perfectly packaged.
Conclusion : I was able to obtain one of these limited edition models, even AutoArt made it limited, they would only make 2000
scale models of it, and I was impressed, it's fair to say this is one of the best models for the money available on the market today.
