The September 2004 selection : the Lamborghini Diablo SV GTR

If a Lamborghini Diablo sounds too 'soft' for you, you can send it to Roland Affolter in Switzerland. He will restyle the entire car into one of these Diablo SV GTR models if you like.

The very extensive modifications to the bodywork actually improve performance and road handling, and you must admit it looks menacing, but the interior isn't overseen either, full leather - alcantara upholstery and some Carbon Fiber parts are installed making it obvious these Affolter Specials are race oriënted. In case you would forget about this, the 550 Bhp V12 just behind your back is waiting to remind you just how much power this represents.

Let's face it, not everybody will like this 'renewal' course, but you must admit that it takes a lot of effort to completely restyle a Lamborghini like Affolter did on these cars.

The front headlight units have been replaced with fixed items, similar to those used on the 1999 MY Diablo model, also the entire rear section of the Diablo had been modified, using different taillights and showing a nice 'quadruple' exhaust centrally mounted.

This specific car received a stunning pearl metallic green bodywork, the same color is also applied to the central spiders of the Work wheels, who boast 18 inch and use Pirelli PZero tires. These cover massive drilled disk brakes with eight piston Brembo brake cylinders derived from the racing circuit to be able to stop this 'plus 300 Km/h' devil ...

The interior found inside this Diablo SV GTR also 'suffered' from the tuning fever ... a leather-alcantara upholstery, note the headrests ... the

GTR logo has been cut from the leather and shows some real Carbon Fiber underneath. The dashboard was replaced by this new design, featuring a lot of Carbon Fiber touches making the 'racing' impression complete.

You could say that the best music inside a Diablo comes from behind your ears, but for those rare moments the engine is silent, a magnificent sound system was mounted, among others a Clarion screen will allow you to either watch some TV or to use it as a display for the rear view camera that was mounted underneath the rear wing.
