During 1995 a limited number of only 150 Lamborghini Diablo SE30 models have been built to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the founding
of Automobili Lamborhgini SpA in 1963.
A number of these rare cars were caught in an accident, some could be repaired, but others were beyond repair ... these latter ones include
a black Diablo SE Jota, a yellow Diablo SE Jota and this was this stunning Lavendar metallic Diablo SE to list a few.
The car featured on this page was actually a film star once, owned by none other than Jay Kay, lead singer of the Jazz/Funk group Jamiroquai.

The car was shipped from the US back to the UK for the recording of one of his music videoclips for the single 'Cosmic Girl',
but during the offloading of the car the guy who drove it at that occassion asked Jay if he could drive it a few miles, during his little 'spin'
he lost control over this magnificent rear wheel drive masterpiece and crashed it.
Head over heels another, identical Diablo SE30 was located and it would still be driven in the videoclip, by Jay himself this time,
this rare Diablo featured in the clip together with a Ferrari F40 and an F355, the two Ferrari's were also owned by Mr Kay himself.
This car was assessed by Automobili Lamborghini SpA for repair, but the insurance insisted it could not be registered for the road again, even
after Lamborghini spend 4 days to figure out how much it would cost to restore it to it's former glory.
Today this rare car is located at the Cleave Motor Salvage company in the UK, Mr Ian Banks was kind enough to supply some detailed photo's on this
rare car, but they had to list it as a category B write off. This means they can't sell the entire car but only parts of it, during mid-2004 the
engine was actually offered for sale.
