A 6-Liter V12 engine is rather impressive, but the Viper GTS beats them all with a giant 7990 cc V10 engine, a massive piece of engineering done by Lamborghini when it was owned by Chrysler.
Other cars in the big engine category are the Zonda C12 (5987 cc V12), the Chevrolet Corvette (5700 cc V8), the Ferrari 550 Maranello (5474 cc V12).
Note the the majestic Mercedes SL600 also has a V12 engine of 5987 cc, the Zonda actually borrows it's engine from a Mercedes.
