The Lamborghini Jarama 400 GTS against it's competition.

The improved Jarama S tried to get sales back up after the Jarama proved not to be a great success, but the competition became better too, the handbuilt Aston Martin V-8 was a very good performer and the mass-built Chevrolet Corvette was still a real headache for Lamborghini on the US market. In Europe the Jaguar E-Type III and the very beautifull Maserati Khasmin were more important. There were again two very limited built cars on the market, the Iso-Rivolta Grifo IR8 and the Monteverdi Berlinetta were being built, but the Monteverdi never made it into real production.
