The Lamborghini Diablo against it's competition.
Since the Diablo is already in production since 1990, several cars can compete with it,
one of the major rivals is of course the Mc Laren F1, but Ferrari hasn't
been quit either, they had the Ferrari F512 TR, but later it was
replaced by the Ferrari F 512 M. But Japan also made their
debut in the supercar league with the Honda NSX, but one of the
more respectable competitors is the Vector W8 Twin Turbo, naturally
the Swiss built Isdera Imperator 108i is a welcome difference with
the other bunch of well known cars. We cannot disregard the Jaguar
XJ220 as a rival, although it was a limited production run, but then again, all these cars
are built in very limited numbers, like the Porsche GT2, but Porsche
also built the limited edition 911 Turbo S and his successor
the Porsche 911 Turbo 3.6.
On another scale, but still competing in the supercar arena, the Dodge
Viper GTS and the Renault Alpine A610 Turbo can't be overlooked, nor
the Lotus Esprit V8. Although smaller and maybe not as exclussive,
these cars are a milestone and just have to be mentioned.
