Only 40 would be made ... no ? An European specs Special Edition, note this one doesn't have an optional rear wing installed ... The rare Special Edition Lamborghini Diablo 6.0 at the 2001 edition of the New York Auto Show. Note this is not an US specs model, no side lights are mounted.
