I guess this might be the most expensive Lamborghini Huracan yet, but it is indeed a very special car altogether ... we are talking about a 2017 Lamborghini Huracan RWD, a one-off that has been created with the sole purpose of being donated to His Holiness Pope Francis ... who will offer it for auction after which all proceeds will be given to charity.

This Lamborghini Huracan RWD was custom built to be donated to Pope Francis

In November 2017 this white with gold details Lamborghini Huracan RWD was offered to Pope Francis in Vatican City, but the car was to be entered at the May 12, 2018 auction in Monaco where RM Sotheby's will sell it and the money will be donated to charities selected by Pope Francis personally:

  • The Pontifical Foundation 'Aiuto allaChiesa che Soffre' that aims to ensure the return of the Christian community to the Nineveh Plain in Iraq
  • The Pope John XXIII Community
  • Two Italian associations that carry out activities in Africa, GICAM and 'Amici per il Centrafica'

This specific Huracan RWD was created by the Ad Personam department, finished in Bianco Monocerus with Giallo Tiberino details as a tribute to the flag of Vatican City.

A staggering 715,000 Euro was bid on this white Huracan RWD for charity

On May 12, this very special Lamborghini Huracan RWD passed the auction block and received a winning bid of no less than 715,000 Euro at the RM Sotheby's auction in the Monte Carlo Grimaldi Forum.
