A very special Lamborghini 400 GT has been located in the United States, this specific car was in fact a 4-Liter 2+2 version which is believed to have had a small frontal crash during it's life. Possibly some bodyshop helped the unfortunate owner by fixing his problem. Probably this bodyshop didn't have the original parts and they decided to redesign the front of the car using pop-up headlight units, much like on the Islero..
Behind these headlights, big air intakes were mounted to cool the engine, also a rather big grille was mounted at the front.
This car may look weird at first glance, but if you take a second look at it you can appreciate the workmanship that went into creating this rare GT.
This specific example is now owned by Manny Carrillo, who would like to know more about the history on his 400 GT, if anyone can help him, please mail me.
