AL-THANI LAMBORGHINI AVENTADOR WITH MAT FUCHSIA WRAP

Check out this very personal finish on the Al-Thani owned Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 when it arrived in Cannes, France. Now we have seen some strange shades on the various super cars owned by this Qatari Royal family, but the last Raging Bull we remember was finished in a custom order Turquoise shade … a stunning Murciélago LP670-4 Super Veloce with a large SV decal on the side representing the famous Italian TriColore.

So this time they went for a completely different look, an impressive fuchsia shade with a mat top coat on the current V12 flagship Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, if we can still call it an LP700-4, take a close look at the photos and the video on this page: for one there is a glossy black roof, which could very well be a carbon fiber finish … now we’ve seen that before.

But this fuchsia Bull also has a fixed rear wing installed that looks like the one Oakley Design showed on their LP760-2 custom made rear wheel drive only Aventador, so did Oakley also pull 760 hp from the engine in this fuchsia model … I also noticed the doors panels have the orange section, so for a second I was tricked into thinking it was the original Oakley Design LP760-2, but this Al-Thani model is a RHD, while the Oakley model was a LHD, and this purple lady also received a custom exhaust from Lamborghini in Newport Beach … which changes the sound a bit … I should say a lot in fact, the V12 now screams out loud when pushed.

If you take a closer look at the windows it also becomes obvious the owner likes his privacy, there is a mirror film mounted to keep the warm sunlight out, but also the paparazzi will not be able to photograph whoever is behind the steering wheel.

All in all I have to admit I rather like the look of this fuchsia wrap, the mat finish nicely contrasts with the glossy black parts like the roof, rear wing and the section between the tail lights, where we also encounter a nice fuchsia Lamborghini script, attention to detail I would say. The gold crest on the doors might by just a but too much for my taste, and that large tricolore on the rear view mirror … well you either love it or hate it I guess … I would go for ‘impartial’ here, I don’t dislike it, but I wouldn’t put it on my own car.

A big thanks to shmee150 for uploading this video to YouTube.

We found some other videos showing this exact car, which actually started life as an Arancio Argos finshed Lamborghini Aventador, the wrap has been fitted by FibraFoil in case you were wondering.
