Inside Lamborghini's 2026 Young Driver Programs: 30 Drivers, Three Tiers, and a New Formula Medicine Partnership

Squadra Corse selects its largest talent intake in the program's 13-year history.

Lamborghini Squadra Corse selected 30 drivers across three tiers of competition for what the company says is the 13th consecutive year of its Young Driver Programs, adding a new Formula Medicine partnership for structured physical and mental conditioning.

From scouting exercise to factory-talent pipeline

Lamborghini is converting this program into a structured academy capable of producing ready-made factory talent for the Temerario GT3 era, with most GT3 Junior Drivers piloting the Huracán GT3 EVO2 in the Italian GT Championship and adjacent series.

The ladder's payoff: from Junior to factory contract

Top performers earn Young Professional Driver designation with direct Squadra Corse support, and the program's career ladder has already delivered results — Maximilian Paul and Mattia Michelotto were both elevated from the Young Professional ranks to full factory driver status for 2026.
