A blue and orange Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO leads a pack of race cars on a wet Nürburgring track with headlights cutting through the mist

Split Weather, Split Winners: Bonduel and Orudzhev Trade Nürburgring Victories

Identical Huracáns, opposite conditions, and two very different paths to the top step.

Amaury Bonduel won Saturday's rain race while fighting a hidden alternator problem, and Egor Orudzhev won Sunday's dry race after climbing from eleventh to third on the opening lap alone.

Orudzhev's maiden Super Trofeo Europe victory

Orudzhev gained eight places on the opening lap, took second on the following lap, and after the pit window closed he extended his margin to claim his first Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe win.

The supporting classes reinforce the one-make lesson

VS Racing's Randazzo and Tribaudini swept both Am races, Art-Line's Abkhazava won both Lamborghini Cup rounds from pole, and Bonduel now carries the Pro championship lead into the penultimate round at Barcelona in October.
