Lamborghini Squadra Corse selected 34 drivers for its 2021 development class, splitting them between 19 Young Driver Programme candidates and 15 GT3 Junior Programme entrants drawn from Super Trofeo and international GT series.

From Super Trofeo candidate to factory contract

Young Driver Programme candidates must be under 26 and competing in a continental Super Trofeo championship, with the strongest performers earning an invitation to a year-end shootout in Italy before advancing to the GT3 Junior tier.

Physical preparation inside the evaluation process

Squadra Corse's year-end evaluation goes beyond lap times, combining physical training assessments, attitude evaluations, and kart sessions designed to expose raw car control in a program that has run continuously since 2014.
