How Lamborghini's Youngster Programs Built a Pipeline from Imola to Factory Driver Status

Seven young drivers faced a clinical final evaluation at Imola in October 2017, and what Squadra Corse measured went far beyond lap times.

Factory drivers are expected to represent Lamborghini at dealer events, media appearances, and the Accademia driving school, so the Youngster Programs curriculum includes physical conditioning, classroom instruction on brand values, and communication training.
