Training camps held in June and September combined track testing in Huracán Super Trofeos and GT3s with factory immersion, including visits to the production lines, the museum, and the engineering departments.

Two career tracks: GT3 racing or Accademia instructor

Drivers who demonstrated the right temperament could train as certified Lamborghini Accademia instructors, a customer-facing career path that kept them inside the brand's ecosystem even if they never reached a factory-driver contract.

ISO 9001 and the auditable feedback loop

Squadra Corse's ISO 9001 certification from TÜV Italia meant that when a young driver provided feedback on chassis behavior at Imola, that input flowed through the same documented engineering process used for factory development.

Engineering experience beyond lap times

Young drivers worked directly with Squadra Corse and Pirelli engineers on tire feedback and chassis tuning for the Huracán race car, gaining development experience that goes beyond driving fast.
