Krafton unveils an exciting new collaboration for PUBG: Battlegrounds with the renowned luxury automotive brand Lamborghini. Known for its innovation, unparalleled performance, and iconic design, Lamborghini brings its signature style to the popular battle royale game.
Players look forward to experiencing two of Lamborghini’s most impressive vehicles in the game: the Lamborghini Urus S and the limited edition Countach LPI 800-4. The Urus S boasts unmatched versatility and raw power, while the Countach LPI 800-4 showcases a masterpiece of revolutionary design, featuring the brand’s iconic scissor doors. With only 112 units in existence, the ultra-rare Countach LPI 800-4 adds new prestige and excitement to the PUBG universe.
Automobili Lamborghini container and special vehicle skins
One of the key features of this collaboration includes the Automobili Lamborghini Container, available on the starting islands of Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, Vikendi, Taego, Deston, and Rondo. These exclusive containers are only unlockable by players who own Automobili Lamborghini skins, and only the player who unlocks the container and their teammates can operate or ride in the Automobili Lamborghini vehicle.
The collaboration introduces special vehicle skins that transform the appearance and sounds of the vehicles to reflect the designs of the actual Lamborghini models. These skins ensure a faithful representation of the vehicles’ 3D modeling. However, to maintain balance and avoid pay-to-win elements, certain parts of the Countach Sports Car skin use a new penetrable “carbon fiber” material, allowing both the vehicle and the player to sustain damage simultaneously.
The special vehicle skins come with unique features, such as a panoramic sunroof that players can open and close using the Limited Interaction key, and a retractable speaker that rises when players turn on the vehicle and retracts when they turn it off.
Acquire crafter pass to unlock rewards
Players can acquire the new Crafter Pass: Lamborghini to unlock various rewards, including Lamborghini Tokens, Loot Caches, Prime Parcels, and G-COIN. The Crafter Pass comes in two packs: the Basic Pack ($11.99) and the Advanced Pack ($37.99).
In the Workshop’s Special Crafting section, players use Lamborghini Tokens to craft special Automobili Lamborghini items, including vehicle skins, paint options, and interior designs. Some items, such as the Countach Paint (Viola Pasifae) and the Urus S (Lusso) Paint (Lustre Lilac), remain exclusive to Special Crafting.
The Store also offers Lamborghini Loot Cache Packs, which allow players to acquire Lamborghini Tokens without the need for Keys. These packs include exclusive items like the Countach Exterior Set (Gilded Chrome), Urus S (Lusso) Exterior Set (Glossy Tangerine), and Countach Paint (Ultraviolet).
