I have been fortunate enough to visit Lamborghini Geneva a few times in the past, mostly while visiting the Geneva Motor Show with a close friend, and I already knew Lamborghini Geneva was doing a massive remodel of their premises, and last night they finally inaugurated their brand new, much larger showroom, and coincidently, Lamborghini Geneva marks their 20th anniversary on this occasion, and not only did they create a larger showroom floor, the entire interior design has been updated to the new design and corporate identity from Automobili Lamborghini SpA.
For this inauguration event, the chairman and CEO of Lamborghini, Stephan Winkelmann was joined by Federico Foschini, Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer, and Francesco Cresci, Director of the EMEA region. “This opening is a new proof of the extraordinary efforts by our partners to offer our customers the service that they deserve, at the level of all that Lamborghini stands for,” said Winkelmann. “The new showroom has grown, just like our brand has in every sense. Lamborghini Genève is ready for the rollout of our product strategy, which will see us step into a new era with the full hybridization of all three model lines by the end of 2024.”
The Lamborghini Geneva dealership can be found in the Geneva canton of Plan-les-Ouates in Rte de Saint-Julien, today there is over 520 m² dedicated to the sales experience, but there is more than just a display of amazing looking Lamborghini models, there is also a dedicated Ad Personam area where clients can indulge themselves in the nearly unlimited options and possibilities available for their future Raging Bull, as we all know, Ad Personam offers customization options like bespoke colors, personal hue on leather, but also on stitching and even ‘tinted’ carbon fiber is an option.
Lamborghini Geneva also offers a reception room where customers can be entertained while they wait, a multitude of big screens give the option of admiring some of the videos on these amazing cars from Sant’Agata, and if you are looking for some Lamborghini branded clothing or accessories, there is a small selection of those right in the showroom, and just in case you aren’t finding exactly what you need, it can still be ordered online.
“Our new showroom opens an important chapter in the history that binds us to Automobili Lamborghini, and we have decided to inaugurate it on the 20th anniversary of our dealership’s establishment,” commented Giuseppe Sciretta, General Manager and Lamborghini Geneva shareholder. “Our customers not only have an innate passion for the brand and its products, but they are also highly demanding, and our new dealership was designed to offer an innately brand-oriented service at every step of the experience of purchasing and owning a Lamborghini.”
The very exclusive event was attended by 110 carefully selected guests, hosted by Ellen Batelaan, the guests were privileged to participate in the official grand opening of the dealership while enjoying several live performances on stage, but the real stars were probably the large number of ‘made in Sant’Agata’ supercars that were shown. The Huracán STO, the road-legal V10 race car, but also the impressive Aventador SVJ with the NA V12 engine that is about to become extinct in the near future, and naturally let’s not forget the Super SUV from Lamborghini, the V8 twin-turbo powered Urus.
