DMC has become a big name in the tuning arena for high end exclusive cars like Lamborghini, they were among the first to have a complete aerodynamic package ready for the Aventador called the LP900 Molto Veloce and went on to create the even more impressive limited edition Spezial Version, or Stage 2 that took inspiration from the one-off Aventador J.
And DMC wasn’t even finished with their Aventador tuning … Stage 3 became the ultimate package, the DMC Aventador LP988-4 Edizione GT or E-GT that offered FIA inspired race styling for road use, almost 1,000hp inside a completely redesigned Lamborghini Aventador body.
But DMC not only offers styling modifications for the Sant’Agata V12 flagship model, the successful V10 Huracan has received the DMC touch early on too with the Affari package, which could be called the Stage 1 kit … now DMC has taken the V10 Huracan to the extreme with the brand new LP1088 E-GT Spyder.
The looks of the beautiful Lamborghini Huracan Spyder are totally transformed by the DMC Edizione GT aerodynamic kit, up front a new bumper completely replaces the original unit (the car can be converted back to factory looks without any damage) and adds an aggressive style finished in clear carbon fiber with side vents, larger intakes and a vertical fin for added stability at speed.
Along the side a set of skirts not only makes the Huracan Spyder look even lower to the ground, but it also adds vertical fins to offer better airflow at speed while the entire rear section of the original car is replaced with a carbon fiber DMC unit, again with added aerodynamic sections for better roadholding capabilities.
The rear of the DMC Huracan E-GT also shows one of the most beautiful wings ever seen, inspired by the legendary, and often copied Countach wing, this massive DMC unit sits on top of amazingly detailed struts and can be adjusted in three positions … GT mode, FUN mode and Cruise mode.
The DMC LP1088 E-GT name is derived from the fact DMC can install a pair of turbo chargers on the engine, which has to be severely modified together with the transmission and gearbox so the total power output can be raised from the factory original 610hp to a massive 1,088hp with a torque ouput of 1,000 Nm.
Acceleration from 0 to 100 Km/h is now completed in only 2.69 seconds while the top speed of the DMC Huracan LP1088 E-GT Spyder is 345 Km/h …
