Ken Okuyama’s inspiration for the Kode 0 came from the iconic Lancia Stratos HF Zero concept car of 1970, designed by the renowned Marcello Gandini at Bertone. This groundbreaking design, with its razor-sharp wedge profile and forward-thinking styling, left an indelible mark on the young Okuyama. The Stratos HF Zero stood just 33 inches tall and featured a unique entrance, requiring the driver to open the windshield and step over the front bodywork to enter the cabin. Decades later, Okuyama set out to create a modern interpretation of this classic design, using the latest materials and technology.

To bring his vision to life, Okuyama chose the Lamborghini Aventador as the basis for the Kode 0. The Aventador, with its naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine producing 690 horsepower and 507 pound-feet of torque, and advanced all-wheel-drive system, provided the perfect platform for Okuyama’s unique creation. The Kode 0’s carbon fiber bodywork was meticulously crafted using Okuyama’s signature “one motion” design language, creating a seamless flow from the front to the rear of the vehicle.

The Kode 0 made its world debut at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in 2017, where it captured the attention of automotive enthusiasts and design aficionados alike. With a price tag of $1.5 million, in addition to the cost of the donor Aventador, the Kode 0 is a true collector’s item, representing the pinnacle of modern automotive design and engineering.

Ken Okuyama Kode 0: The Design Process

Ken Okuyama employed his signature “one-motion” design philosophy to craft the sleek, seamless shape of the Kode 0. His approach involved uniting the car’s entire body with a single, continuous line that flows smoothly from the front to the A-pillar, C-pillar, and rear.

To bring this concept to life, Okuyama and his team began by creating a small-scale clay model, allowing them to meticulously fine-tune the car’s proportions and surfaces for the ideal aesthetic. Designed at Ken Okuyama Design’s Aoyama studio in Tokyo, the Kode 0 was later constructed at the Ken Okuyama Cars factory in Yamagata, using advanced NC machine cutting technology to precisely shape the carbon fiber body panels.

Once the clay model met Okuyama’s standards, it was then rendered in 3D computer modeling software. This digital model was used to create a full-size design buck at the Ken Okuyama Design Yamagata Factory in Japan, which is the only “carrozzeria” in the country.

The aggressive new carbon fiber bodywork was predominantly finished in silver, with some panels left exposed for visual effect.

Notable design elements include:

• A low, pointed nose with a dramatic front splitter integrated into the front fenders
• Vertically mounted LED headlights flush with the bodywork
• An unbroken front-end wedge integrating the windshield
• A dramatic Z-shaped side profile following the lines of the splitter

At 4,635mm in length, the Kode 0 is about 145mm shorter than the Aventador while a width of 2,125mm adds 95mm to the overall width of the Aventador … height is only 1 mm lower at 1,135mm.

The Kode 0’s aggressive new bodyshell was meticulously crafted using custom carbon fiber panels. Most of the body was finished in silver, but some components were deliberately left bare to showcase the intricate weave of the carbon fiber for a striking visual effect.

The front end features a low, pointed nose with a dramatic front splitter. Interestingly, the splitter is separate from the nose cone itself, but integrates into the front fenders via mandible-like extensions. This creates a sharp, blade-like appearance. Vertically mounted LED headlights sit flush with the bodywork on either side.

Along the side, the Kode 0 has a distinctive Z-shaped profile that follows the lines of the front splitter and sweeps toward the rear before slashing forward over the cabin. Exposed carbon fiber panels along the top of the front fenders aid in breaking up the lines of the car. These bare panels run into sculpted sections on the upper part of the doors, adding visual depth.

At the rear, eye-catching details abound. There are two large grilles with bright “Okuyama Green” cooling fans visible behind them. A chrome central section houses quad exhaust pipes in a striking “inverse arrowhead” surround. Carbon fiber trim lines start on either side of the active rear spoiler and sweep down to form canards over the rear wheel arches. Dramatic carbon fiber rear diffuser fins flank the exhaust.

The extensive use of custom, exposed carbon fiber is made possible by the Kode 0’s bespoke bodywork. Every panel was custom-made for this one-off car, allowing Okuyama to carefully choose where to showcase the bare carbon weave for maximum visual impact alongside the sleek silver paint. Carbon fiber’s unique properties make it ideal for supercars like the Kode 0. It offers high strength and stiffness but with very low weight. By utilizing carbon fiber, Okuyama was able to create the Kode 0’s complex, aggressive surfaces while keeping the car extremely lightweight at just 3,417 lbs – 55 lbs less than the Aventador on which it’s based.

A Lamborghini Heart

Underneath its stunning bodywork, the Kode 0 is pure Lamborghini. The car is powered by the same 6.5-liter V12 engine found in the Aventador, which produces 690 horsepower and 509 lb-ft of torque. This powerplant is mated to a seven-speed automated manual transmission, which sends power to all four wheels via Lamborghini’s advanced all-wheel-drive system.

Thanks to its lightweight carbon fiber construction, the Ken Okuyama Kode 0’s aggressive new bodyshell was meticulously crafted using custom carbon fiber panels. Most of the body was finished in silver, but some components were deliberately left bare to showcase the intricate weave of the carbon fiber for a striking visual effect.Kode 0 weighs just 3,417 pounds. That’s 55 pounds lighter than a standard Aventador S, despite the Kode 0’s unique bodywork. This impressive power-to-weight ratio allows the Kode 0 to deliver blistering performance, with a top speed that is likely well in excess of 200 mph.

Talking about performance the Kode 0 can probably beat the Aventador she is based on when competing … Ken Okuyama states an overall weight of 1,550kg (against 1575 for the LP700-4) and with that wedge design, the drag could be less on the Kode 0. However, larger, center lock, NL3 Forged wheels from Novitec in 9×20 and 13×21 with Pirelli P Zero 255/30 ZR 20 and 355/25 ZR 21 might work against the Kode 0 as no engine tuning has been performed.

However, if you are asking yourself about cooling with that glass panel … take a look at the doors … on top of the doors you’ll notice a multitude of carbon fiber air intakes, and when you open the doors you’ll see a vent cut inside them to allow air into the engine compartment and probably also some on the rear disk brakes … it seems like Ken Okuyama did think this through as there are also vents next to the glass panel.

The Interior: A Blend of Luxury and Performance

The Kode 0’s cabin seamlessly blends high-end materials and sporty design elements. The seats are upholstered in quilted silver leather with gray Alcantara inserts, providing comfort and support during spirited driving. Eye-catching metallic green stitching adds a pop of color that ties in with the car’s exterior accents. This green theme continues on the steering wheel, dashboard, and instrument binnacle, creating a cohesive look. The inner door skins and sills also feature this striking “Okuyama Green” hue, which matches the car’s distinctive rear cooling fans visible through the mesh grilles.

The polished aluminum trim on the center console adds a touch of modern elegance. The console houses controls for the car’s climate control system, infotainment, and other functions. While based on the Lamborghini Aventador’s interior layout, the Kode 0’s cabin has been thoroughly customized to give it a unique feel befitting its bespoke nature. Despite the focus on weight savings, the Kode 0 doesn’t sacrifice luxury amenities. It comes equipped with features like automatic climate control to keep occupants comfortable, as well as a premium sound system for audiophile-quality music playback.

The infotainment system is the same unit as seen on the Aventador featuring a large touchscreen display, navigation, smartphone integration, and more. Keyless entry and start, power windows and mirrors, and other modern conveniences are expected in a supercar of this caliber. Driver-focused elements include a flat-bottomed steering wheel for enhanced leg clearance, as well as paddle shifters for manual control of the 7-speed automated manual gearbox. Aluminum pedals add a sporty touch.

Digital instrumentation provides vital vehicle information with modern graphics. Supercars often include features like a G-force meter, lap timer, and more to enhance the driving experience.

A One-Off Creation with a Sky-High Price Tag

As a one-off creation, the Kode 0 was never intended for mass production. The car was commissioned by a private client, who reportedly paid $1.5 million for the privilege of owning this unique supercar. That figure is in addition to the cost of the donor Aventador, which would have set the buyer back several hundred thousand dollars on its own.

Despite its astronomical price tag, the Ken Okuyama Kode 0 has proven to be a hit with collectors and enthusiasts alike. The car made its public debut at the 2017 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, where it received widespread acclaim for its stunning design and impeccable craftsmanship.

The Ken Okuyama Kode 0 Today

Since its debut, the Kode 0 has made several high-profile appearances, including being featured on Jay Leno’s Garage. The car has also been showcased at numerous other events, such as the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, the 2019 Goodwood Festival of Speed, and most recently, at the 2024 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

Currently, the Kode 0 remains in immaculate condition, with only 1,367 miles on the odometer. The car was previously offered for sale by a Japanese dealership called TPE Ltd, with an asking price of $1.34 million. Although this figure may appear steep, it is a relatively small price to pay for the chance to own one of the most unique and stunning supercars ever created.

After thorough research, we discovered that the Kode 0 now resides in Harrogate, having been sold to a private collector by GC Motors UK.

Huber’s headquarter is located in the United Arab Emirates as a coachbuilding company that creates bespoke cars for their wealthy customers, mainly one-off cars, but with the ERA they want to create an homage to the Aventador and they will have 21 units available at €30,000 each (about US $35,000), apparently, they already have a few customers lined up for this kit that comes with replacements for both the front and rear bumper, and a rear wing, as an option a clear carbon fiber replacement front hood is available too.

The first finished unit of the Huber ERA has just been delivered to its lucky owner, located in the UK, the ERA has been fitted onto a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster that seems to be finished in Viola Ophelia, and that dark shade does work very nicely with the clear carbon fiber parts from the ERA kit. At the rear, the taillights remain, but everything else is a replacement part from Huber, which only shows a very small section painted to match the car on this specific unit, it does seem this car comes with a custom exhaust too.

At the front a similar treatment is found, the entire front bumper is replaced with the ERA unit which completely transforms the looks of the original Lamborghini Aventador, the lower fin does protrude a lot further than the original bumper, so the owner might have to be carefully contemplating curbs and driveways with his latest V12 made in Sant’Agata, customized by Supercar Service Ltd in the UK with parts from Huber in Dubai.

The fortunate owner of the first Huber ERA is none other than Ciro Ciampi, the founder of Petrolheadonism and the membership Secretary of the Lamborghini Club UK, they unveiled the car on the lawn of the former residence of David & Victoria Beckham, Rowneybury House in England’s prestigious Hertfordshire was joined by members of the club with their Lamborghini but also being attended by Fabio Lamborghini himself and Raj Singh from Supercar Service Ltd, the UK distributor for Huber.

When we take a closer look at the front bumper you’ll notice the Raging Bull logo has been replaced by a stylish H for Huber, set with clear carbon fiber around the indent while the rest of the upper section on the front bumper has been color-matched to the purple on the base Aventador, from the photos it might look like the lower section of the ERA front bumper is glued onto the original unit, but this is a replacement unit that fixes onto the original fitting of the front bumper, you can turn back this conversion at any time it seems.

The total replacement is more evident at the rear, where everything apart from the taillights is removed from the original car, the rear bumper including the lower diffuser, it’s all being replaced by a carbon fiber unit made by Huber in a design that might be inspired by the original Aventador bodywork, but one that is still completely different, and dare I say, more aggressively styled too.

I’m sure this Huber ERA will be a love it or hate it situation, some Lamborghini owners have no interest whatsoever in changing anything on their pride and joy, while others completely modify their Raging Bull … while still others will be somewhere in the middle of this … and it’s the latter category that Huber wants to attract with their ERA homage. Those owners that want to be different, but don’t want to be cutting into the venerable and expensive body of their Lamborghini Aventador … just a bolt-on kit is best for them, and that’s just what the ERA is, Supercar Service Ltd founder Raj Singh stated that in their 11-year history they have not found an aftermarket design that integrates so well with the LP-700-4 chassis.

But what if one of those 20 customers that’s willing to pay up to $187,000 for the full carbon fiber version, would opt to install it on his Lamborghini Aventador Roadster? Would that even be possible?

I guess the only problem would be the engine cover with the vertical fin, apart from that the entire EVO GT kit will most likely be able to fit the Roadster version of the current V12 model too. It looks like the vertical fin isn’t attached to the massive rear wing, so that shouldn’t be an issue just to keep the bespoke Roadster engine cover.

My guess the only problem could be at the front, installing the new front hood might cause issues with the space to store the two roof panels from the Roadster, even on their previous ‘Limited’ kit with the large vents on that front hood, there was a problem on a Roadster.

But other than that, it seems perfectly feasible to create an LB Silhouette WORKS Aventador GT EVO Roadster …

A year later, at the 2014 SEMA show in the United States of America we finally was an LB-Works Aventador in the style we would expect from Kato-san … lowered to the max, extremely wide fenders with that typical LB-Works ‘rivet’ look, and a giant rear wing … the LB-Works Aventador was unveiled.

It would take Kato-san four more years to come up with something even wilder than the LB-Works Aventador, at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show they unveiled the LB-Works Lamborghini Aventador Limited Edition, with a modified design and additional intakes … but this time the $60,000 aero kit became limited. Only 20 would be available on the Japanese market, and 30 would be sold to the rest of the world … and according to YouTube member Stradman, these kits are all but sold out, as he managed to get hold of one of the final units for his Bianco Canopus Aventador Roadster Pirelli edition.

On January 19, 2021, Wataru Kato, the founder, and CEO of Liberty Walk, turned 54 … and for his birthday he unveiled the final edition of the LB Aventador. Only 20 of these kits will be made, and it’s called the LB Silhouette WORKS Aventador GT EVO, in line with his latest Huracan kit that’s called the LB-Silhouette WORKS Huracan GT.

I’ve taken a look at the Liberty Walk website, where the new LB Silhouette WORKS Aventador GT EVO is listed, and it’s available in either FRP, DRY Carbon Fiber, or a mix of both … from $94,600 up to $187,000 … and yes, that is without the Aventador donor vehicle, without a custom exhaust, without wheels, and without the necessary air-ride suspension, this isn’t a kit for the fainthearted I guess.

Taking a look at the parts list on the Liberty Walk it becomes obvious not much of the original Lamborghini Aventador is left after installing this kit, my guess is only the roof and the doors remain, everything else is replaced by LB Silhouette WORKS Aventador GT EVO parts.

It does look like Kato-san was inspired by the 2018 Lamborghini SC18 Alston if you take a closer look at the design of this new LB Silhouette WORKS Aventador GT EVO, the vertical fins on the side of the new front bumper look similar to the ones on the SC18, also the new front hood from Liberty Walk reminds me of the SC18 one. But the most striking resemblance is the design of the front fenders, with the lower section that is fixed to the doors and opens up … just as we’ve seen on the SC18.

Even the rear fenders and the aero design in front of the rear wheels seem to be inspired by Squadra Corse’s one-off model, and how about that imposing rear wing where the vertical struts also start on the rear fenders, but the real give-away has to be that vertical fin on this GT EVO kit … that was also seen on the SC18.

But all that isn’t necessarily a bad thing, I rather like the SC18, and I also admire this new kit from Liberty Walk for what it stands for … and let’s not forget, even if you add the price of a Lamborghini Aventador (let’s say you get a second hand one), you go for the mixed FRP/Carbon fiber version at $123,200, add wheels, suspension, and a new exhaust in SVJ style … you would probably end up around $400,000, that’s still a long way from the rumored $7,000,000 the factory-built SC18 cost.

The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 was introduced at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, and we all know it’s about to be replaced by the successor, either in late 2021, or in 2022, but it is safe to say the days of the Aventador are counted … the naturally aspirated V12 era is coming to an end … that’s why Huber calls it their ERA kit.

Huber is based in the United Arab Emirates, and they are a coachbuilding company, they create bespoke cars for their wealthy customers, mostly one-off, and now they’ve set their mind on the successful Lamborghini Aventador, more specifically the original LP700-4 version.

The Huber ERA consists of a newly designed front bumper and rear fascia, as an option, they also offer a matching front hood, all made from beautiful carbon fiber. The customer can opt for painted carbon fiber, or leave it clear-coated, and the pattern does look really good ‘as-is’.

The first production units of the Huber ERA kit are set to be shipped out soon, and according to the Huber ERA press release, this is just the beginning … I wonder what Huber will add to their ERA aero kit in the future … to be continued …

Just take a look at the Lamborghini SC20 that was recently unveiled, built by Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse after a design from the Centro Stile, at the request of a customer … only one in the world, with a rumored price tag over €6,000,000, exclusivity has to be paid.

But there are other options on the market, just take a look at what Mansory has been doing for decades already, they are specialized in taking the world’s most luxurious or powerful cars, and transform them into something completely different … some people don’t like what Mansory does, but you have to admit their workmanship is beyond expectations.

Remember Mansory was the first to have a complete body kit for the Aventador ready at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, just one year after the new V12 flagship was unveiled, a year later, in 2013, Mansory made another major impact with their Carbonado LP1250, with a total power output of 1,250 hp thanks to a twin-turbo setup, limited to 6 units.

Later in 2013, at the IAA in Frankfurt, Mansory showed the Carbonado Apertos, the Roadster version of their Carbonado, again with 1,250 hp, but now based on the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster, and limited to only 3 units worldwide, at that time listed at €1,200,000.

After that Mansory also started doing one-off, bespoke builds, the first one being the Mansory J.S.1. from 2016, requested by London-based James Shunt, based on the Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce, with a power increase to 830 hp.

This brings us to this 2019 Mansory Carbonado EVO, an evolved Roadster version of the J.S.1. almost, and again limited to just one unit, with a rumored list price of €2,000,000 and thanks to a completely rebuilt V12 engine and the addition of a pair of turbochargers, a power output of 1,250 hp … so about 500 hp more for €4 million less than the SC20 … and you do get a full windshield and roof panels on the Mansory Carbonado EVO.

Unlike the 2020 Mansory Cabrera, which is based on the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, the Carbonado EVO takes an Aventador Roadster to start with, but just about nothing from the original Sant’Agata built Bull remains, the entire car is taken apart, the body panels are removed, the interior is taken apart, and even the engine comes out for a complete rebuild from the ground up.

Mansory puts a new front bumper on the Carbonado EVO, which styling looks inspired by the Lamborghini Veneno, a new front hood with large vents is fitted, with additional vents in front of the windshield. The front fenders from Mansory are 40mm wider compared to the factory original units, and these new ones come with vents above the wheels, even the door skin is replaced, and now features a Y-shaped extrusion. Wider rear fenders that also come with three vents on top bring us to a completely redesigned rear diffuser and an amazing looking rear wing.

Note that the entire Carbonado EVO is finished in a satin gloss, clear carbon fiber pattern made by Mansory in-house, even the aero rings on the Raze-7 inspired, center lock, forged wheels which Mansory calls the CV.7 Air C units, 9×20 inch for the front, 13×21 inch for the rear,  and Pirelli P ZERO tires size 255/30ZR20 front and 355/25ZR21 rear.

And the customization continues for the interior of the Carbonado EVO, with a full Alcantara upholstery, every part inside this bespoke Lamborghini has been replaced by Mansory, either in this natural material that’s both durable and soft or with that B2 bomber inspired carbon fiber pattern. A Q-Citura inspired, hand-stitched pattern is visible throughout the interior … and in line with Mansory, the red-covered start button had been moved to the top of the windshield … in true fighter jet fashion.

The Mansory Carbonado EVO can reach 100 km/h in only 2.6 seconds thanks to that rebuilt V12 with two turbochargers, the top speed has risen to 380 km/h making this V12 one of the fastest in the world … sadly only one has been built, but I think if your bank account is big enough, you will be able to have Mansory create a Cabrera Apertos based on the Aventador SVJ Roadster … just for you.

Today Mansory can customize just about any make, and create automotive dreams for their high-worth customers, modifying cars from Ferrari, McLaren, Range Rover, Lotus, BMW, Mercedes … and let’s not forget our pride and joy … Lamborghini.

Only one year after the introduction of the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 at the 2011 Geneva show, Mansory was the first to show a complete tuning package for the new V12 flagship from Sant’Agata, while the Italian automaker showed the Aventador J on their stand, Mansory had their first Raging Bull on display simply called the Mansory Aventador finished in a similar-looking dark red metallic shade.

One year later, at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, this German car manufacturer (they are an official car maker) came up with their first complete car conversion, taking the Aventador and installing a completely in-house made clear carbon fiber body over it … and add a few turbochargers to the engine while creating a totally custom interior … the Mansory Carbonado LP1250 was presented.

Only 6 of these Carbonado LP1250 would be built, priced at €900,000 each (which is less than one-third of the price of the Lamborghini Veneno presented at the same Geneva show), and just in case you prefer going topless, Mansory released the Apertos on the IAA show in Frankfurt later that year which is considered to be the roadster version of the Carbonado, but only three of these open-top versions would be made, at €1,200,000 … in case you’re wondering.

And things got even better … to keep improving and creating new and interesting cars for their customers, Mansory showed the Carbonado GT Stealth Edition at the 2014 GMS, this time partly painted and with an engine that delivers no less than 1,600 hp !

In 2020 Mansory is celebrating its 30th anniversary, so they created something really special using the current V12 flagship model from Sant’Agata as a basis … the Mansory Cabrera, a coupe which will be built only 3 times, one car for each decade of existence of the company.

Next to Muira and Gallardo, the Cabrera is another very important breed of bulls, a name that was rumored to be used for the Gallardo successor in fact, until they went with Huracán in Italy, leaving Mansory to claim the Cabrera name for their celebration model.

As usual, Mansory replaced just about every outside panel on the base car with their own, in-house made carbon fiber panels, and naturally with a different design to create an even more aggressively styled car in the end. Especially at the front, we see an important difference … Mansory replaces the original headlights with a design of their own, featuring four individual LED lights exclusively developed that resemble the ‘Le Mansory’ … they totally change the appearance of this super sport car.

Besides looks, the engine has been taken apart and rebuilt by Mansory, no turbocharging this time it seems as they claim a power output of 810 hp (780 Nm) in the press release … but just look at how the thundering sound is released onto the world … by a quartet of round exhausts mounted even higher up, between the taillights, above a newly designed rear diffuser.

Mansory offers a choice of wheels for their Cabrera, on one side Veneno Raze 7 style wheel while on the other side a set of forged light-alloy wheels in a 5 spoke Y design, 9×20 inch at the front and 13×21 inch at the rear with Pirelli P Zero tires 255/30SR20 and 355/25ZR21 respectively … naturally with a central-locking bolt in both cases.

We wouldn’t be looking at a complete Mansory conversion without a stunning interior, in case of the Cabrera, we find black Alcantara combined with lots of bespoke carbon fiber in their typical B2 Bomber look and Vento Verde (green) details color-coded to the exterior finish of this carbon fiber show car.

If Mansory will also be building a Cabrera Apertos, a Roadster version isn’t mentioned yet, but if there is a demand from customers, I’m sure Kourosh Mansory will be happy to comply.

The so-called “black fighting bull” has been bred for more than 500 years. There are several breeding lines of the “Toro de Lidia”, the Spanish fighting bull, which differ from each other in their physical proportions and/or their colouring. One of the best known and most important breeding line is – besides the world-famous lines “Gallardo” and “Miura” – the line called “Cabrera”.

Wild, powerful, full of temperament – with these attributes this breeding line also proves to be the perfect name giver for another high-performance creation from MANSORY headquartered in Brand, Bavaria: The new “MANSORY Cabrera”

Even the completely redesigned carbon bodywork is reminiscent of a fighting bull in attack posture. Also, the reference to the shape of stealth aircraft gives the “MANSORY Cabrera” a thoroughly desired, attack-conscious look. In addition to the appearance, the technology has also been improved in numerous ways.

For example, the striking air inlets of the front apron optimise the fresh air flow of the radiator. Together with the specially developed front design, this also results in improved downforce for more road grip overall.

At the sides, striking side skirts and the grown wheel arches show the well-known MANSORY signature. And here too, visual enjoyment and technical functionality go hand in hand. E.g. the new carbon components not only look impressively good, they also act as air fins and supply large amounts of fresh air to both the unit under the new full carbon engine hood and the rear brake system.

The newly developed double diffuser is responsible for perfect airflow underneath the vehicle and the large rear spoiler in conjunction with the rear skirt is responsible for downforce on the rear axle. The vehicle width of the “MANSORY Cabrera” is also increased by 4 cm in the course of the body conversion.

All these aerodynamic improvements are necessary because the “MANSORY Cabrera” clearly surpasses the performance values of the standard Aventador. The powerful V12 engine with its 6.5 litre cubic capacity is therefore completely rebuilt by MANSORY. The result of this elaborate conversion process is a leap in performance that even demanding connoisseurs are simply thrilled with: the basic output of 700 hp pushes MANSORY to a peak output of 810 hp. The maximum torque is now 780 Nm. The impressive result: the super sports car needs exactly 2.6 seconds to sprint from zero to 100 km/h and its high-speed ends at an almost unrivalled 355 km/h. The powerful sound is produced by a four-pipe exhaust system, which makes a visually impressive statement at the rear between the rear lights and show unmistakably that up to 810 horses are at work when needed.

In order to transfer this immense power of the twelve-cylinder engine to the asphalt, MANSORY relies on forged light-alloy wheels in 9X20 and 13×21 inch dimensions in conjunction with the high-performance Pirelli P ZERO tyres in 255/30ZR20 at the front and 355/25ZR21 at the rear. The standard four-wheel-drive is the perfect partner to manage the power either.

However, the LED main headlights, also known from the “Le MANSORY” and completely newly and exclusively developed, are of particular importance. This lighting system, which is divided into four individual headlights, gives the “MANSORY Cabrera” a dynamic appearance which clearly distinguishes it from the standard SVJ and gives it an independent look through newly drawn contours and enlarged air inlets. The look of the “MANSORY Cabrera” also gives it a kind of family resemblance with the “Le MANSORY”.

In the interior – as is customary with all MANSORY complete conversions – almost not a single component has remained untouched by the MANSORY specialists. The “Vento Verde” colour chosen for the exterior is also used as a colour accent in the interior. Decorated with arrow-shaped decorative seams and with “forged carbon” applications refine the interior in numerous details and give the “MANSORY Cabrera” also in the interior a sporty touch with technical appeal at the highest level.

So if you managed to get hold of an allocation for this amazing car, and the factory official Ad Personam bespoke options didn’t quite satisfy your appetite for having a ‘different’ car than your neighbor (there are places where the neighbors also own one or more Lamborghinis) you might have to turn to a tuner … and why not take a look at what Novitec has to offer in their Torado range for the Raging Bull models.

For the Aventador SVJ the catalog from Novitec might not be as custom as others, but keep in mind these are bespoke, high-end aerodynamic options that modify the original car just enough to stand out to those that know what they are looking at, and Novitec has been offering parts for the Aventador, the Aventador SV and the Aventador S already, both in Coupe and Roadster form, so the latest SVJ couldn’t be left out.

The Novitec demo car for the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is finished in the stunning green metallic and comes with various clear carbon fiber extras, like the renowned front luggage compartment cover with the integrated air ducts, or the larger fins to be used on the vents in front of the windshield, the bigger intakes behind the side windows, and the stunning, vented fixed intakes next to the engine cover … all available in clear carbon fiber.

And what about these other touches of carbon fiber … a front spoiler lip to be mounted underneath the original bumper, or fins to be fitted on the top of the bumper where the SVJ has a pair of air vents, and a similar pair of fins can be glued on the air vents behind the engine cover while an impressive ‘tunnel’ is available to direct air into the centre mounted air intake on the bottom of the rear wing … naturally, a pair of carbon fiber side sills complete the aerodynamic kit from Novitec for the SVJ.

Novitec already offered a set of NL4 Forged Wheels for the Aventador Superveloce, now these Vossen made wheels are also available for the Aventador SVJ, 9×20 up front and 12×21 inch at the rear with Pirelli P-Zero 255/30 R20 and 355/25 R31 respectively … available in 72 different shades and finishes, whatever the customer prefers.

A set of lowering springs is available from Novitec too, these will put the Aventador SVJ about 35mm closer to the road while different exhausts are available to make the SVJ even louder, but more importantly, you can also lower the weight by 19kg compared to the original exhaust system.

Taking a Grigio Titans Lamborghini Aventador S as a base, Onyx Concept turns her into an Aventador SX with a price tag of £499,950 (that’s €560,745 or US$ 634,522 at the time of writing) by adding a lot of lightweight carbon fiber parts, both on the outside … and on the inside.

This specific car is currently listed for sale on the Onyx Concept website, it’s a 2018 Aventador S with some interesting factory options, like the Carbon Drivers Pack, Carbon console, branding package, Sensonum upgrade, Sportivo Alcantara interior with matching Alcantara steering wheel, Carbon interior package, and the travel package … but Onyx Concept added a lot more to create their Aventador SX, which is listed as a Limited Edition, but I can’t seem to locate any production numbers on their website.

The entire front bumper is replaced by Onyx Concept as the Carbon SX, also a Super SX Vented Carbon bonnet (the front hood), add the visible carbon lower and side front aero sils and similar Shark lower side skirts … probably the most impressive item is the carbon fiber rear bumper top 8 piece vent with billet mesh, visible carbon exhaust surround and aero undertray.

Carbon SX engine cover with central, vented and laser etched dual rear bay windows and the carbon SX rear wing with bespoke Onyx billet forged supports above an SX Titanium sport exhaust while this car rides on Onyx SX Rose F1 forged wheels.

The new front hood with the additional vents does remind us of the Veneno and the Centenario units, and this theme continues at the rear … take a closer look at that rear diffuser … it surely was inspired by the controversial Centenario unit while the open section above the exhaust looks close to the one seen on the Veneno.

I also like the small, vertical fins on the engine cover, on this Aventador SX it shows ’01’, and these look like the ones with ’63’ on them found on the Terzo Millennio … it seems Onyx took a long and hard look at some of the recent Lamborghini concept cars and limited edition models and came up with their interpretation for the current Lamborghini Aventador S … and it doesn’t look too bad if you ask me.

Up front you can order a new fin to fit under the original bumper, strange thing is that on their press site Mansory shows a different design compared to their public gallery, I guess you can go for a more subtle look with small vertical fins or the more aggressive look with large side fins on the front bumper.

On the side, we find a pair of nicely styled lower sills, complete with vertical stabilizing fins that take us around to the back of the Aventador S where the entire lower diffuser is now made from lightweight autoclave carbon fiber, which does look really nice against this Grigio Titans, mat finish grey.

An impressive, very angular styled rear wing adorns the Mansory Aventador S, and the carbon fiber add-ons aren’t done yet … those fixed side intakes next to the engine cover come finished in this amazing material too, just like the air vents at the rear below the taillights, but also the intakes in the front bumper get the cf treatment, and that’s not all … on this specific Aventador S Mansory shows a Forged Composite pattern in their carbon fiber, but Mansory has 15 different cf weaves available for the customer to choose from.

This show car comes complete with massive ‘Carbonado-V’ wheels, center locking lightweight rims that remind us of the Veneno wheels, the front comes in at 9×20 inch while the rear receives 13×21 inch wheels, Pirelli P ZERO 255/30 ZR20 and 355/25 ZR21 are fitted respectively to the front and rear.

If the exterior of a Mansory Aventador S might not look all that impressive compared to their more aggressive Carbonado and Apertos models, keep in mind Mansory has some of the best interior upholsterers in the business … you might not like all the custom interiors Mansory has shown us over the years, but you’ll have to agree they show tremendous workmanship nonetheless.

Wataru Kato started Liberty Walk back in 1993 at the age of 25 in Nagoya, Japan so he could build cars in the Bosozoku style … lowered to the max, modified bodies with large fender flares rivetted to the body and usually a pair of tall exhaust pipes … usually onto a Skyline at that time … but time progressed, and after an impressive Lamborghini project his wide body kits for the Nissan GT-R and BMW M3 finally become known worldwide … and success was guaranteed from then on.

Now cars like the Ferrari 458 SEMA and the Huracan LB-Works are famous around the world, and while Liberty Walk offers more sensible aero kits for the Lamborghini Aventador too (even the new Aventador S) the most impressive ones are surely the LB-Works evolutions for the Huracan and the Aventador.

To celebrate his 50th anniversary, Wataru Kato created an evolution of his LB-Works Aventador, now called the Limited Edition, only 50 will be made for the entire world, 30 of those are destined for Japanese customers while 20 will go overseas … at nearly US$60,000 each when you opt for lightweight carbon fiber.

The LB-Works Lamborghini Aventador Limited Edition is a very extensive aerodynamic kit for the current V12 flagship from Sant’Agata … up front we start with a completely new bumper that comes with a deep, version 3 lower splitter, race inspired canards on the sides and a pair of vertical fins for stability.

These vertical fins are also present just ahead of the rear wheels while a set of side sills connect front to rear, where a massive new rear diffuser takes over from the factory original one, a new v3 rear wing is part of the kit and comes in a stunning clear carbon fiber on the show car in Geneva, and that same material is also visible on the new, very aggressively styled front hood complete with two large air vents.

Naturally, the most impressive feature of this Limited Edition kit from LB-Works are the four massive wheel arch extensions, showing their rivets with proud to cover some massively wide Forgiato wheels with Pirelli P Zero tires. Do note that the Airrex air ride suspension is a $9,500 option on top of the kit price.

Remember seeing the first video when Kato-San took a cutter to those expensive fenders of a pristine, factory fresh, $400,000 Lamborghini Aventador … that was terrifying … but today you can opt for a ‘Fender replacement kit’ that comes with those four extensions already fitted onto fenders that just replace the original ones … you will have to add $3,420 to the overall price for those.

With an aggressive look like this you will have to make a sound that matches, so Kato-San proposes an FI Exhaust system that really looks like a work of art, almost too good looking to hide underneath that widebody Aventador, but the resulting soundtrack will soon make you forget the price at a steep $12,000.

The car shown at the 2018 Geneva Auto Show was number 22/50, and we’ve seen several different cars being published online already, so just how many units still remain for this LB-Works Aventador Limited Edition isn’t known, but if you are interested in getting this kit installed on your own Aventador I would get in touch with Liberty Walk quickly.

This new kit is also available in dry carbon fiber, a first for LB-Performance, pricing has been set at $17,400 for the entire kit in FRP, while the dry carbon fiber version is listed at $28,850 (prices correct at the time of writing)

The complete Aventador S kit contains a very nice front diffuser that is fitted underneath the standard bumper, complete with two vertical fins on the side, an impressive side sill … again with a vertical fin in front of the rear wheels, for stabilization, and an aggressively styled rear lower diffuser, which also seems to be installed onto the standard bumper and still uses the original exhaust tip.

The massive rear wing is a ‘hanging’ style design, something we’ve seen on the Aventador SV already, but the LB-Performance unit shows more resemblance with the Super Trofeo unit with larger vertical struts.

Naturally, the rendered version is showing an Airrex suspension, Kato-San likes his cars to be very low to the street, and this Aventador S is no exception, a set of center lock cross-spoke wheels complete the look.

But the render also shows a few items that are not (yet) listed on the price list from LB-Performance … check out the vents in front of the rear wheels, they are finished in carbon fiber too … and more importantly, the impressive front hood we’ve seen on the LB-Works Aventador Limited with the integrated air vents is also fitted onto this Aventador S … so we might be seeing this offered as an option soon.

But it is not all looks when it comes to the Novitec Torado Aventador S … by using a lightweight, Inconel exhaust system (21 kg lighter than the factory original unit) the total power output is raised to 763hp with torque bumped to 732Nm. The Aventador S received a newly styled exhaust from the factory compared to the original LP700-4 model, but Novitec decided to change it again, into a kind of ‘3 and a half’ model … the two center pipes are joined together giving a rather innovative look to the exhaust tips.

Note that Novitec also offeres a ‘flap’ system for their exhausts, with or without remote control … this system allows you to ‘open’ a valve on the exaust system to unleash the entire symphony of those 12 cylinders behind your head … a deep, thundering sound that might not be welcomed by your neighbours at five in the morning … if you really want to save weight you can even remove the original cats with either special 100 Zeller catalysts or even lighter straight pipes.

When it comes to wheels, Novitec teamed up with Vossen to create a stunning set of NL3 forged wheels, 9×20 inch with 255/30 R20 Pirelli P-Zero up front and massive 13×21 inch with 355/25 R21 Pirelli P-Zero at the rear for that wedge look … but take a look at this … if your Aventador S came with the standard five bolt wheels you can mount these NL3 wheels with a center cover that mimics the central lock look … however if you did get the optional Dianthus wheels from the factory, with central locking screw … you can have these same wheels with center lock too … and even if you didn’t order them from the factory, Novitec can retrofit a central locking wheel mechanism to you Aventador.

Naturally a set of amazing wheels like this can be coupled to a lowered suspension for the Aventador S, a set of springs will bring the Bull about 30mm closer to the road, but you can also opt for an adjustable suspension kit including dual adjustable aluminum shock absorbers with separated expansion reservoir in the damper, both compression and rebound are adjustable at the front and rear.

The most eye-catching from Novitec on the Aventador S is naturally that amazing looking aero kit, available in either visible carbon fiber or smooth, paintable finish, whichever you prefer.

Let’s start with the well known front hood, Novitec has been offering a replacement for the luggage cover from the start, complete with integrated ducts, but Novitec now also replaces the vents just ahead of the windshield with larger units, when finished in carbon fiber you just have to add those exterior mirror covers too to complete the look.

Add the carbon fiber intakes behind the side windows and those stylish units on the shoulder to really have a different looking Aventador, especially when combined on a light bodywork for higher contrast, and while you’re at it, adding a pair of air intakes on the engine cover is the final touch on the Coupe, in case of the Roadster you’ll have to order the bespoke ones for that model …

The massive, double rear wing, stunning side sills, low front spoiler lip, side fins and ‘fang’ covers up front make up the rest of the exterior kit, add a fin to the rear bumper and a set of vertical fins for the rear, lower diffuser and you’ll have a very aggressive, but still stylish looking Novitec Torado Aventador S.

If you want even more exposed carbon fiber on you Aventador, you can always go for the interior updates Novitec has listed … just to make sure the outside matches the inside of your Raging Bull.

Can this car be the new reference and beat their own in-house benchmark once more? It likely seems so, but judge for yourself. Developed in partnership with Creative Bespoke USA, Fie Exhaust, and Forgiato Wheels, the car is as nuts as one can imagine.

It’s a continued improvement over DMC’s E-GT, which is a green card for their engineers to make the best products possible, without concerning market boundaries. The minimum principles that DMC starts playing around with, are FIA Regulations!

How much will it set you back? The whole package starts at around 88,880 USD and goes up from there. They say the sky is the Limit, and that seems to work just fine here as well, with options that can quickly reach the 300K USD mark. But then, there are only 3 of these engineering wonders to be made, how ultra-exclusive do you want to be?

The majority of the funds go into the CB engine upgrade, Forgiato wheels, a new Fie exhaust and the DMC Body Kit. The latter one starts off by completely replacing the standard Lamborghini body with newly designed carbon fiber parts: Front and Rear bumper have to go, new ones come in with a swift.

The engine bonnet includes a motor cooling air-scoop, the sides add downforce and F1 canards improve the overall aerodynamics. Until we come to the most prominent part of this kit, the massive GT Wing Spoiler. It can be set into 3 different angles for City, Corsa and Crazy mode.

In the end, you get a car that seems to be out of this world, and honestly spoken – it really looks a bit like a spaceship. DMC’s CEO told us that his design influences come from watching Japanese cartoons when he was a young kid – Captain Future and Gundam in particular. No wonder his creations wear an aggressive and sporty line, especially popular in Asia and the Middle-East.

Honestly, we have never seen so much Carbon fiber on a Lamborghini before, but we guess there’s no such thing as TOO MUCH when it comes to light-weight composites and super-cars, do you agree? The package is completed with a full array of tunnels, flaps and diffusers, all located on the parts mentioned above, truly making the car stand out uniquely in its future home.

That is if you can get one: DMC informs us that the package is a LIMITED EDITION, that can’t be purchased by simply offering money. Potential buyers have to apply before being able to buy: Each of the 3 units is strictly limited to only one (1!) color and/or style, making every one of them unique.

DMC won’t sell the same color twice, so you would either need to change or discuss a special design pattern with the German engineers.

While DMC’s previous engine modifications were achieved through individual intake throttle plates for each of the 12 cylinders, new fuel pumps, fuel lines, modulators and injection nozzles, the LP988 has been subject to a TWIN-TURBO procedure in combination with a reprogrammed ECU.

A set of forged alloy wheels and a new kit of suspensions keep the beat on the road, but let’s not forget that the aero parts were initially developed to cope with the stronger car performance.

It’s worthwhile to mention that DMC guarantees again no visible damage by using their components, the car can be, at any time, be returned to the OEM look, which can be useful. Owners may keep the stock bumpers and they can be put back on the car if needed.

The package is finalized with exclusive interior refinements using Italian fine leathers and carbon finer. Plenty of buttons and trims are available as a small package, a redesigned steering wheel adds on to complete a medium package or the whole interior can be redone for the VIP package.

Small and Medium Projects can be done remotely, but the car needs to be shipped to Germany if a whole interior make-over is requested.

If you would opt for FRP the kit is a little cheaper, but CFRP would be the best choice for this impressive kit. Up front we get a new bumper (v2) and front diffuser (v3) which comes with new fins (also v3) and canards while a massive side sill gets added (v2) again with canards.

At the rear the already impressive diffuser we know has become even more intimidating (v3) and naturally that massive wing is still there (also v3) … a Kato-San created car wouldn’t be complete without a wide fender conversion, in this case they also have intakes in front of the rear wheels (the normal exchange fenders are a $3,240.00 option).

The front hood is also replaced on this LB-Works Aventador Limited, now featuring a pair of air vents to complete the aggressive look of this Japan style Raging Bull.

The render shows the well known Forgiatto wheels being installed again, while it is obvious an air suspension by Airrex just has to be added too (at $9,500) … but Liberty Walk also offers a pair of covers for the headlights in CFRP at $854.

This new LB-Works Aventador Limited might not please everyone, but still this is a very special car, and with only 50 in total to be built, it might be rare in the future …

With the ‘regular’ Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 being in production since 2011 and the Aventador Roadster introduced in late 2012 and adding the fact well over 5,000 units have left the factory gates in Sant’Agata by now the odds of buying a second-hand Aventador for a decent price are getting better and better every day and Mansory has the perfect solution for those that like the special LP720-4 styling the Mansory Aventador Competition isn’t a perfect replica of the 50th Anniversary styling, but it did take some serious inspiration from that Lamborghini and added some Mansory flair onto it.

The Mansory Aventador Competition program offers a very extensive list of options to make your Lamborghini Aventador stand out from the crowd the possibilities are almost endless, and are probably only limited by your bank account.

Mansory doesn’t offer just one front bumper, they have two the Competition I unit is closely inspired by the LP720-4 front bumper but comes in carbon fiber, even the grilles in the intakes are made from carbon fiber note that Mansory delivers these without any clear coat, so you can choose for either a glossy or a satin top coat. If you really want to stand out you’ll go for the Competition II front bumper almost identical to the Competition I unit but now with two additional, vertical fins on either side that make it look even more aggressive.

Most tuners will offer a side sill for the Lamborghini Aventador that is fitted underneath the original unit not Mansory, they offer a complete replacement for the side section of the Aventador with a special fin built in and it comes in visible carbon fiber.

Probably one of the most expensive parts in the Mansory Competition kit is the rear bumper well it actually replaces the entire rear section below and between the taillights, it even comes with integrated parking sensors and can have an original exhaust fitted if the customer prefers it.

So front bumper, side sills, and rear bumper/diffuser are the base parts of the Mansory Competition for Aventador package and now the list of possible options only starts with a replacement front hood that has indents to mimic air vents either ready to paint or in visible carbon fiber. And the carbon fiber touch continues with rearview mirrors, air vents in front of the windshield, covers for the air intakes on the side, or a complete replacement intake for the side.

Visible carbon fiber on the adjustable air intakes behind the side window, an entire engine cover in carbon fiber, and small vents for the outlets ahead of the rear wheels even a complete carbon fiber roof cover are listed in the Mansory brochure.

For the rear wing, you have a few options too, the original Mansory Performance wing boasts an angular design, while the High-Performance rear wing took inspiration from the Murciélago Super Veloce if you like the original, adjustable rear wing on your Aventador Mansory is more than happy to replace it with a visible carbon fiber unit too, naturally a sport exhaust is possible too.
Just in case you own a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster doesn’t mean you can’t have some extra carbon fiber Mansory can put this material around the windshield for you, or on the section behind the seats, which is usually glossy black but it looks so much better in carbon fiber, just like the two roof panels Lamborghini offers these in clear carbon fiber too, but if you missed that option on your order, Mansory can do it for you too and while you’re at it you can have a replacement engine cover for the Roadster in carbon fiber too.

Under the engine cover, you can satisfy your carbon fiber dreams even more with an engine surround package containing five pieces, even the engine itself can receive some carbon fiber, just like the X-cross over the V12 opening the front hood and not seeing any carbon fiber can be remedied by Mansory too with a four-part kit.

Inside your Aventador the possibilities are endless too, Mansory can supply carbon fiber parts for just about any visible part, even the upper door panels and the rear of the seats add some custom floor mats and race pedals to really make a difference.
We all know Mansory from their total modification models like the Carbonado but this Aventador Competition shows that less is more sometimes this kit looks really nice and isn’t completely changing almost every panel on your Aventador with no way to return to factory specs with the Competition kit this shouldn’t be a problem.

The Aventador Superveloce is already a very initmidating car when she leaves the factory gates in Italy, but for those that want that little extra the Novitec Group created their Torado Aventador Superveloce package with carbon fiber aerodynamic parts, custom center lock wheels and in increase in power from 750hp to 786hp and 738 Nm of torque.

Up front Novitec adds two large, vertical fins to the sides of the bumper for added air flow, a larger center fin can also be added to the original bumper for better stability at speed, naturally the special front hood with the air intakes can also be added to the Superveloce model, together with those trademark Novitec side sills.

For the Coupé engine cover Novitec offers a pair of intakes that fit onto the original unit, these don’t fit the Roadster version, but here Novitec has a bespoke part with a similar look … just in case you don’t like the original rear wing on the Superveloce there is a replacement from Novitec that fits onto the original struts.

To finalize the exterior modifications a pair of air vents can be added to the engine cover, carbon fiber vents can be fitted in front of the windshield while the same material can be covering the exterior rear view mirrors and a modified air intake fin on the side of the Aventador that will pull more fresh air into those large intakes.

Novitec Torado also has a selection of exhaust systems to offer, from cat-replacement pipes (-7kg)  to sport metal catalysts (-5kg) to complete replacement of the original exhaust system, either in stainless steel (-12kg) or Inconel (-15kg) … also note that these Novitec exhausts come with custom made tips and an optional ‘flap’ regulation so you can keep the noise down while driving through town but still get the full symphony of that massive V12 on the highway … Novitec even has an ‘open’ race exhaust on offer … however I highly doubt that one is street legal, but it does weigh 21kg less than the original one.

For the Novitec Torado Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce a partnership with Vossen was put together to create an exclusive rim … the NL3 aluminum wheel comes in 9×20 inch up front and 13×21 inch at the rear, Pirelli P-Zero 255/30 R20 and 355/25 R21 are fitted to these center lock units … in fact the original tire pressure system and locking bolts can be used. And just in case you didn’t order the Dianthus wheels on your Superveloce but went with the five bolt Dione units … Novitec offers a Central locking kit conversion.

The Lamborghini Aventador Superveloce is already a low car, but if you want to increase the risk of scraping that expensive front bumper you can always install a set of lowering springs on the original suspension or go for the adjustable, coil over suspension kit from Novitec/Kw … Novitec even has 11mm spacers listed for the Superveloce, not legal in all countries, but still very nice anyway.

Novitec Torado Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce is available for both the Coupé and the Roadster version of the V12 flagship model, the exterior parts are made from carbon fiber and come in a satin finish to complement the visible carbon fiber on the Superveloce … and it looks great.

Carbon aerodynamics components, hi-tech center lock forged wheels and engine tuning to 578 kW / 786 HP

Making the thrilling sports cars from Lamborghini even more powerful, faster and more custom is the specialty of NOVITEC TORADO. The company now also offers a sophisticated racing-look refinement program for the Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce lightweight model.
The product lineup ranges from carbon aerodynamic-enhancement components developed in the wind tunnel and hi-tech center-lock forged wheels co-developed with American manufacturer Vossen to a performance upgrade to an output of 578 kW / 786 hp and 738 Nm of torque.
In addition, NOVITEC TORADO offers various sport exhaust systems for the Aventador that not only optimize the exhaust note and performance, but also represent weight savings of up to 21 kilograms.
Sport springs and exclusive options for an even more custom cockpit design round out the NOVITEC TORADO product range, which is also available for the coupe and roadster versions.

Especially in the LP 750-4 Superveloce version, the Lamborghini Aventador has a markedly sporty appearance. The NOVITEC designers decided to develop a variant fine-tuned in the wind tunnel that is trimmed to have even more of a racing look. The NOVITEC TORADO bodywork components are manufactured from carbon. The naked carbon version features a matte coating that emphasizes the motor racing looks even more.

The front of the two-seater is characterized by a perfect blend of thrilling looks and aerodynamic efficiency. The combination of two-piece NOVITEC TORADO front spoiler, which also visually emphasizes the two side air intakes, and central front blade lends the LP 750-4 Superveloce an even more aggressive expression. What is more: In concert with the NOVITEC TORADO trunk lid with integrated air ducts, it reduces lift on the front axle at high speeds, which in turn further improves handling stability. The air outlets at the upper edge of the front hood, which are longer than their production counterparts, and the naked carbon mirror covers round out the athletic appearance effectually.

From the sides, the NOVITEC TORADO rocker panels sporting a thrilling gill design and the newly designed side air intakes, which route the relative wind even more directly to the radiators in the rear, add even further sporty character to the top-of-the-range Aventador.

To achieve an optimal aerodynamic balance, the team of NOVITEC TORADO technicians also developed aerodynamic-enhancement components for the rear end of the sports car.

The NOVITEC TORADO rear airfoil dominates in the rear not only visually. Immediately apparent is its more prominent profile. The profile of the airfoil with lowered center section was developed in the wind tunnel, as were the two integrated fins, which in concert with the drooping lateral tips optimize directional stability at high speed.

The loving detail work of the NOVITEC designers is also evident in the hood of the Aventador Coupé. The two air scoops at the roof provide the engine bay with additional cooling air. Newly designed air outlets also play a crucial role in the improved air exchange in the engine bay.

Wheels are the legs of a car. Because the Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce comes ex-factory with center lock wheels, new hi-tech forged wheels had to be developed. NOVITEC TORADO enlisted American manufacturer Vossen as a competent partner specializing in the manufacture of exclusive wheels for the world’s most thrilling cars.

The two companies jointly designed the NOVITEC TORADO NL3 styling with six delicate spokes especially for the Superveloce. The spokes taper off towards the edge of the rim in the form of a widely spread Y. The design of the spokes takes up the lines and angles of the bodywork and the tail lamps of the Aventador. To emphasize the wedge shape of the mid-engine sports car, the front wheels are manufactured in a diameter of 20 inches while the rear rims were designed as 21-inch wheels.

But this choice is not the only thing that sets this co-production apart from the masses. The wheels come in 72 different colors with a choice of brushed or polished surface. Pirelli supplies the perfect high-performance tires for this set of wheels, the P-Zero in sizes 255/30 ZR 20 and 355/25 ZR 21.

For owners of a “normal” Aventador, who would like to have these forged wheels also for their coupe or roadster with five-bolt wheels, NOVITEC TORADO offers a conversion kit to a center lock system.

The NOVITEC TORADO sport springs are tailor-made for the new wheels. They lower the ride height of the Superveloce by about 35 millimeters and as a result of the consequently lowered center of gravity further optimize handling. The front lift function is preserved even with the ride-height lowering.

NOVITEC TORADO also offers a performance upgrade for the LP 750-4 Superveloce. Newly programmed mapping for the engine electronics and the installation of a NOVITEC TORADO high-performance exhaust system bump the peak output of the 6.5-liter 12-cylinder engine from stock 750 horsepower to 578 kW / 786 hp at 8,400 rpm. Peak torque grows simultaneously to 738 Nm at 5,900 rpm.

The NOVITEC TORADO sport exhaust system, which exudes instant fascination at the rear on account of its unique look featuring quasi three and a half tailpipes – the middle two pipes are interconnected – is also available separately without engine tuning. The exhaust systems are available made from stainless steel or from the even lighter material INCONEL used in Formula 1 racing.

Versions with actively controlled butterfly valves are also optionally available – even with radio remote control, if desired. In addition, the product range includes lighter and more efficient sport catalysts. Apart from optimizing performance, the NOVITEC TORADO’s high-performance exhaust systems also provide weight savings of up to 21 kilograms compared with the production system.

NOVITEC TORADO offers individuality in its purest form for the interior of the Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce as well. The cockpit can be redesigned in every last detail with the finest leather, Alcantara and carbon in practically any desired color.

Bader Al Roudhan owns a lot of high end exotic cars, makes like Ferrari, Lamborghini and Zonda all found a place in his garage already, but he wanted something truly unique, it took Nimrod Luxury Cars about two years to create the Avanti Rosso using one of Bader’s own cars as a basis to create the first one, chassis number 564 was an early production car to be turned into the first Avanti Rosso … priced between €700,000 and €900,000 it takes 3 months to create one of these special cars … only 5 would be built and at the 2014 Paris Mondial de l’Automobile Nimrod showed a matte black Avanti Rosso, during the show he also stated 3 Avanti Rosso have been sold already.

At the 2016 Geneva Motor Show we’ve found a modified Avanti Rosso on the Nimrod Luxury Cars stand … now called the Avanti Toro we see a totally different front bumper and fenders while the rear section underneath the taillights has been modified too … even the engine cover is different from the earlier Avanti Rosso edition.

A closer look at this new Avanti Toro reveals we are again looking at chassis number 564, so this is still Bader’s own car that has been modified once again into a new car, this would explain why the interior looks the same between the Avanti Rosso and this Avanti Toro, the same Sesto Elemento inspired red vents are installed onto a carbon fiber headliner while the black seats show the stunning stitching pattern with a white headrest boasting the Nimrod crest.

Clear carbon fiber details can be found in abundance on the interior of the Avanti Toro, both on the central console and on the dashboard pod … the use of smooth leather and Alcantara really works very nicely inside the Avanti Toro.

The front section of the Avanti Toro is in fact totally different when compared to the Avanti Rosso, the fenders show inspiration taken from the very limited Lamborghini Veneno with a vertical styling and massive air vents on the side, in front of the wheels while the front shows a very angular design with a Formula One style nose.

At first sight the side sills look the same as seen on the Avanti Rosso, also the very large rear wing, with integrated rear view camera looks identical (repainted, but styled the same) but the lower rear diffuser has been modified with extra vertical fins while the air vents under the taillights show Y-shaped insets now … inspired by Mansory perhaps?

The engine cover seen on the Avanti Rosso has been removed and a more angular version with massive fins has taken her place on the Avanti Toro … I for one actually like the Sesto Elemento inspired engine cover from the earlier Avanti Rosso.

Once again it became clear the Avanti Toro by Nimrod Luxury Cars created some controversy during the Geneva Motor Show … the design is rather heavy looking from certain angles, and I’m sure not everybody will unanimously love it … but you have to give Bader credit for trying to create something different.

Mansory is known for their very special carbon fiber patterns, and they can achieve this custom weave by using their own, in-house autoclave to create all those lightweight parts, both for the exterior and for the interior of just about any car, be it a Bugatti, a Rolls Royce, an Aston Martin … or a Lamborghini … this is also the reason Mansory can create custom order, one-off models … like this new J.S.1.

The Mansory J.S.1. is a one of a kind car built to order for London based enthusiast James Shunt, who owns about 20 other Mansory cars next to this 1 of 1 Lamborghini based custom, in fact the Mansory J.S.1. is built using an already rare Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce version, only 600 of those have been built by Automobili Lamborghini SpA.

But this owner wanted something really special, so he asked Mansory to create a one of a kind custom car inspired by the Lamborghini Veneno, a car that has been built only 3 times and these days requires many millions more than the initial MSRP of €3,000,000 back in 2013 … just how much this Mansory J.S.1. cost to create hasn’t been disclosed by the way (Mansory Carbonado was listed at €900,000 while the Mansory Apertos required €1,200,000 to buy).

I think the original Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce was ordered with a hefty option list, one of the most impressive are those 7-Razze center lock wheels originally bespoke for the Veneno but now available as an accessory on the Aventador too … normally this would require the installation of a center lock wheel hub, but on the Superveloce the Dianthus wheels are center lock already … what isn’t listed on the Lamborghini accessory list are those carbon fiber rings on these 7-Razze wheels … probably Mansory created these for Mr Shunt, or the latter managed to convince Lamborghini to deliver a set of 4 rings to him after all.

Mansory went all the way on the restyling of this Aventador Superveloce, the entire front bumper was replaced with one that looks almost exactly like the one on the Veneno while the front fenders are the typical Mansory units with the added fins above the wheels, the front hood on the J.S.1. is however a bespoke one with two massive outlets … again in Veneno Style.

While the Lamborghini Veneno came with a relatively small air intake the Mansory J.S.1. uses a very large, flat square one similar to the one seen on the Mansory Carbonado GT the flows into the custom made Mansory engine cover and continues onto a new rear spoiler that looks more like the Super Veloce unit from the Murciélago.

The rear fenders are the wider Mansory units with three vents carved into the shoulders and naturally that round wheel arch extension … on the side a pair of skirts are added that feature vertical fins at the front and rear while the rear diffuser took inspiration from another special Lamborghini, the Aventador LP720-4 50th Anniversary edition.

On the inside the workmanship from Mansory once again shines … the original car was ordered with the carbon fiber sport seats from the factory, but Mansory upholstered them with the softest leather and put their custom carbon fiber pattern on the visible parts, the central console received a new upholstery too while the door panels … which are clear carbon fiber on the Superveloce have also been replaced by Mansory.

In fact with all the parts that have been replaced by Mansory the overall weight of the Lamborghini Aventador Superveloce has been reduced by 50 Kg, add to this the mild power increase to 830 hp (from the 750 hp originally) and the acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h now takes 2.7 seconds instead of 2.8 while the top speed increased to 355 Km/h.

Let’s hope Mansory will showcase this one of one J.S.1. edition at the Geneva Auto Show in early March.

What is evident however is the fact Hamann Motorsport GmbH showed a slightly modified version of their Nervudo kit at the 2014 Geneva Auto Show, this time they called it the Hamann Limited for Aventador and had a car at the show finished in ‘Stealth Grey’ and ‘Poisson Green’ details … very impressive.

DS Automobile GmbH based in Switzerland is the official distributor for Hamann Motorsport GmbH in that region, and they just completed an amazing looking, bright white Lamborghini Aventador with full Limited aerokit.

The Hamann Limited kit comes with a replacement front bumper which shows additional insets between the headlights, large air intakes and massive, clear carbon fiber vertical fins for added stability and to direct more air onto the cooling radiators … a nice lower fin is carbon fiber is also added underneath the bumper.

On the side Hamann installs vertical fins just behind the front wheels, a stunning pair of carbon fiber side sills and large fins on the side air intakes behind the doors, again for added cooling purposes, while at the rear a very impressive lower diffuser gets installed and a pair of air vents between the taillights to disperse the heat from the exhaust system and engine compartment even better.

The massive, clear carbon fiber adjustable rear wing sits proudly on top of the original Aventador rear wing, but probably the most innovative item in the Hamann Limited kit must be that central air intake fitted on top of the engine cover … clearly inspired by the one seen on the limited edition Veneno.

The wheels are finished in matte grey and seem to be the famous Hamann Edition Race wheels, most likely in a massive 9×20 inch up front and 13×21 inch at the rear with matching 255/30 ZR 20 and 355/25 ZR 21 high performance tires, this shade looks really good on a white Aventador.

If this specific, Bianco Hamann Limited for Aventador has any interior work done isn’t clear, but Hamann can provide a total custom upholstery with color coded carbon fiber parts if needed.

Check out the DMC Aventador LP988-4 Edizione GT Nero on this page, a black Aventador with the complete E-GT aerodynamic kit from DMC, in case you are wondering where the LP988-4 name came from … DMC is able to uprate the original LP700-4 V12 engine from the factory original Aventador to a massive 988 hp while retaining the four-wheel drive and 7 speed gearbox.

This black DMC Aventador E-GT was located in Beijing, China when these photos were taken, which might explain why the standard wheels are still on her, might be because the owner could travel on less than perfect roads, making massive 20 and 21 inch wheel not the best idea … both for comfort and for keeping the wheels from getting ruined from potholes and sidewalks.

Other than that this car does feature the complete DMC E-GT kit, from the impressive Veneno inspired front bumper over the beautiful side sills onto that magnificent rear diffuser with the vertical fins and naturally that massive race inspired, adjustable rear wing … and let’s not forget the absolutely breathtaking new engine cover from DMC … a work of art in itself.

This Aventador is finished in black, most likely Nero Aldebaran while the visible carbon fiber from the DMC E-GT kit gets a great looking high gloss finish … most of the time I’m a big fan of matte carbon fiber, but on this car the glossy CF just looks perfect … not overdone, but in a neat balance with the glossy black bodywork … add the black Iperione wheels over black brake calipers and you end up with a mean looking DMC Aventador LP988-4 Edizione GT Nero.

In fact the Liberty Walk car dealership is just on the other side of the road to the main shop and showroom, in the east side of Nagoya city … you really can’t drive by without noticing the impressive range of tuned exotics and special Liberty Walk cars … even on the car dealership the show cars are sitting low on massive wheels … this isn’t a small enterprise, that’s for sure.

And the workshop isn’t even near this showroom, in fact you’ll have to travel by car to this almost private body shop in Nagoya, where the Kato-san magic happens and true Japanese dream cars are created … it might be small, but at any time there are a lot of exotic cars being worked on, and transformed into LB Works specials … like the brand new LB-R Fighter Works F/N05 based on the Lamborghini Aventador.

While an Aventador LP700-4 is already a dream to own for many of us, Kato-san just wanted to put his kyusha roots style on the Italian pure-bred … which involves cutting the fenders on a $400,000 car to add a $30,000 kit, once the metal cutter goes into the bodywork of this Raging Bull there is no way back … only forward, until you end up with an Aventador by LB Works, complete with wide fenders and very low riding height.

But this time Wataru Kato wanted to go one step further, so he created an entire line of ‘Zero Fighter’ inspired cars, like a Porsche, Nissan GTR, BMW and Aventador … all with wide body kits and finished in matte grey to make them look like fighter planes … and which Japanese fighter plane is better known than the legendary Zero?

So you take a standard Aventador LP700-4, cut the fenders and install wide wheel arches, adding 30mm up front and 70mm at the rear. Install a very low and deep front bumper with larger air intakes, a set of side sills just to make things look even better, a lower rear diffuser with massive vertical fins for stabilization and let’s not forget that impressive GT race wing at the back … with those big struts that need a reinforced rear panel on the Bull just to make sure the wing doesn’t break away at speed.

Add a quartet of Forgiato Maglia ECL wheels, in a carbon fiber finish this time, measuring 9×20 on the front and 13×21 inch at the rear, put some Pirelli P Zero Nero tires on those, 255/30 ZR 20 and 355/25 ZR 21 respectively and all that is left is installing that special AirREX suspension to put this Lamborghini so low to the ground it wouldn’t even move in a hurricane. Being the latest, digital model from AirREX you can use a remote control to raise and lower the car on demand … adding a little ride height might be a good idea if you want to take this 700hp Bull onto the road.

Now we all have seen this style before, the wide body Aventador by LB Works has been built a few times already … but not with a Japanese fighter plane inspired wrap like this one … in fact this model also received a different name: LB-R Fighter Works by LB Performance and LB-700 F/N05 decals are found all around this matte grey wrapped Lamborghini.

Also red arrows and ‘Air intake’ warnings complete the fighter plane atmosphere, the yellow circle around the parking sensor just add that little extra attention to detail … or how about a ‘Torque all over fender attachment bolts 15 to 20 inch lbs’ decal on those wide wheel arches and an arrow with 35psi above the tires to inform you of the ideal pressure? Naturally there are decals from companies that have parts on this LB-R Aventador put everywhere, Artmania up front, or Pirelli, Forgiato, LB Performance and Made in Japan on the air intakes, or AirRex on the fenders and Fi Exhaust on the rear bumper … just above the custom ‘Frequency Intelligent Exhaust’ in fact.

What is really impressive about this style is the fact they used small airbrush touches to add ‘streaks’ on strategically chosen spots all over the body to make it look like she was in a high speed battle high up in the skies … just look behind the front wheels … that’s what happens when a plane lands … the rubber hits the tarmac and leaves streaks like this on the body … just awesome.

Now you may not like this style of tuning on the Lamborghini Aventador, the idea of cutting into the fenders of a $400,000 car like this might make your stomach turn … but Kato-san is all about having fun and being happy … and judging by the number of LB Works cars we’ve seen on the streets lately and the large amount of boxed being shipped out of Nagoya these days I guess a lot of high end exotic car owners feel the same…

• At the Geneva Motor Show, car refiner Hamann for the first time presents the “Limited” version based on the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster.
• The specialists from Laupheim refine the open super sportscar with independent body concept and appealing design details.
• Many elements made of high-quality visible carbon fibre and the special “Giallo Orion” paint perfectly set the stage for the “Lambo”.
• Power boosted to around 760 hp and 735 Nm leaves nothing to be desired for open-top sportscar enthusiasts.

With its ultimate finish for the Aventador’s closed version Hamann already proved how to take the bull by the horns. At the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, the experts from Laupheim will spotlight their development based on the fascinating roadster. Those who know Hamann know that the “Lambo” simply had to make an appearance that is even more uncompromising, even more spectacular. The refiner stepped up to the plate and now presents a fine and defined model concept that turns the open-top sportscar into an individualised masterpiece with unique traits.

The front is dominated by made-to-measure air vent inserts. The optical counterpart of this aerodynamics element is the two-piece front spoiler made of the same material, which provides for racing-grade down force and gives the front wheels increased grip. The airflow is optimised by striking side skirts that Hamann uses to trace the extravagant look. The voluminous air scoop on the bonnet supply the huge twelve-cylinder unit with plenty of cool air and underlines the model’s own character. Here, Hamann has integrated especially high-quality clear-coated carbon fibre, which allows a clear view of the Lamborghini power package.

The greatest optimisation efforts Hamann undertook at the rear of the Aventador. The car refiner replaced the rear apron and rear diffuser with its own designs and constructions made of ultra-lightweight carbon fibre. The adjustable rear spoiler is made of the same material and was developed specifically for the “Limited.” The sport rear muffler, which Hamman also offers as racing version with an impressive “backfire” effect, is there to ensure a special and individual sound.

Highlights of the Swabian Lambo are the alloy wheels, which go perfectly with its new look. The multi-part Hamann “Professional” is produced by a forging process, which guarantees maximum driving dynamics through lightness and the highest level of stiffness. The high-performance wheels in sizes 9×20 and 13×21 inch bear ultra-high-performance tyres in sizes 255/30 ZR 20 in front and 355/25 ZR 21 in the back.

The specialists of Hamann push the performance of the potent Italian to new heights. 700 hp (515 kW) and 690 Nm were the numbers to beat – and that’s what Hamann clearly managed to do. The completely redesigned software of the control unit of the twelve-cylinder in the “Limited” now reaches 760 hp (559 kW). The maximum torque of the 6.5-liter V12 increases with the identity field optimisation to a raging 735 Nm*.

In Geneva, Hamann presents the open “Limited Lambo” with the special “Giallo Orion” paint having a pearly yellow shimmer. The allusion to the constellation of the same name may be understood as “reach for the stars”. The reason: Hamann fulfils every conceivable customer wish. Just one example: by request, the Lambo’s interior turns into a distinctive individual item with carefully sewn leather applications on the dashboard, side coverings or high-speed seats.

Hamann offers the model as finely tuned “total work of art”. However, the exclusive components can also be configured as desired, for example, in case the basic model already parks in the customer’s garage.

All elements marked with * are racing parts without German TÜV approval. Performance values stated above may vary depending on engine type, the vehicle’s equipment, gearbox, transmission ratio, wheel/tyre combination. To achieve optimal performance with petrol engines, Super Plus 98 ROZ or higher petrol types need to be used.

The latter might not really fall in line with the things Kato-san is doing, the part of the wider add-on fenders is true, but LB Works uses some of the most exotic Italian made cars as a basis, and these kits don’t come cheap either at prices around the US $30,000 mark, and that’s without the special Airrex suspension (about US $10,000), Armytrix Racing titanium Valvetronic exhaust system (also about $10,000) and a set of matching wheels in a staggered 20-21 inch setup, preferably made by Forgiato if you ask Kato-san (probably another $5,000 for the wheels and about $3,000 for the Pirelli P Zero tires).

So a quick math gets us at a grand total of about $58,000 for the entire LB Works aero kit with exhaust, suspension, wheels and tires … but without the donor car, which in this case is a $400,000 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, and the required paint and fitment … and trust me, fitting an LB Works wide finder kit onto an Aventador isn’t for the faint hearted … it involves actually cutting into all four wheel arches with an angle grinder.

But first, back to the start of this project, LB Performance released their intial aero kit a while ago already, back in 2013 at the TAS, Tokyo Auto Show, they unveiled the Aventador by LB Performance with her typical brushed aluminum wrap and thanks to the Airrex airride suspension system showing the low down Shakotan stance.

As amazing as this Aventador looked we all knew Kato-san still had something much more interesting in mind, think about his amazing looking Murciélago … or the Liberty Walk LB-R Limited Works 20 Murciélago as they call it, only 20 would be built, and she sold out a while ago … so we were all waiting for Kato-san to perform his magic on the new Aventador …

At the 2014 edition of the world famous SEMA show in the United States the Forgiato stand showed the totally over the top, ultra wide and extremely low riding LB Works Aventador, as far as we know this isn’t a limited edition, and with that massive rear wing it is without the doubt the most impressive car to leave their workshop in Japan.

Naturally Kato-san gets together with his designer in the initial stages and thinks about what style and width of ‘extensions’ would look best on the car, a Lamborghini Aventador in this case, once they get the look and feel just right Miura-san over at TRA Kyoto turns their ideas into a 3D image. Once aproved by Kato-san this design is sent over to a massive CNC machine that creates the moulds for the LB Works aero kit.

In fact the four ‘over-fenders’ as they are called are made from FRP which is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers, however the front spoiler, side sills and rear diffuser can be ordered in FRP … or optionally in carbon fiber, the latter being about 25% more expensive, and let’s not forget that magnificent GT rear wing.

The first LB Works Lamborghini Aventador was naturally built in the actual workshop in Hagoya, Japan, by Kato-san and his team being the hands-on guy he is, in fact when this stunning baby blue metallic LB Works Aventador had to shipped to the United States to be featured at SEMA … she was only finished the night before … it takes some serious time from start to finish to create an LB Works Aventador.

Let’s start at the front, the entire original front bumper is replaced with an LB Works unit, that’s the easy part, you also add a more pronounced, far forward and very low additional fin underneath this bumper, together with two vertical fins on both air intakes. The styish side sills with their special upright just in front of the rear wheels are bolted onto the original Aventador side sills, again not too difficult in the end.

At the rear things get a lot more complicated, the lower rear diffuser from LB Works has some serious vertical fins that need to be mounted onto the original Lamborghini unit, complete with additional horizontal stabilization wings while the entire rear fascia on the Aventador needs some serious reinforcements to be able to support the massive GT rear wing that looks like it was taken straight from an Aventador GT1 race car.

Now comes the most frightnening part of fitting the LB Works aero kit … the wide fenders, which are in fact bolted onto the original fenders, but not before you have to remove a small strip from the front fenders and a rather large section from the rear ones so the wheels have enough space when mounting the Airrex airride suspension instead of the standard springs from Ohlins. Cutting the necessary sections away involves carefull measuring and gathering enough nerve to actually take an angle grinder and go to work.

Up front the ‘over-fenders’ are a two part item that add 30cm to the Aventador, one section is bolted onto the front bumper while the second section goes above the wheel and in front of the door, some really exact fitting is needed so you don’t mess up those trademark upward opening doors, once fitted at exactly the right spot you’ll have to drill holes into the fender, apply a rubber strip between the add-ons and the original fender and bolt everything down.

Once you’ve recovered from fitting the front ones, you’ll have to do it all over again at the rear, where these LB Works fenders add a massive 70mm and turn the already impressive Lamborghini Aventador into the beast Kato-san intended to build. If you look closely at these additional fenders you will however notice the attention to detail LB Works put into designing them … the follow the original lines of the Aventador and look like they’ve been intended to be there all along … Kato-san once again shows just how much of a genius he is when it comes to this style of aero tuning.

Time to get a set of wheels for the LB Works Aventador, and even before the first car was being built Kato-san contacted Forgiato to create a custom made set for his Lamborghini, because of the wider fenders these wheels needed some never before seen offset to fill the wheel arches to the brim … up front the 9×20 inch wheels come with a -7 offset while those deeply concave Maglia ECL wheels measure 13×21 inch with a -20 offset … add some Italian made Pirelli P Zero tires in 255/30ZR20 and 355/25ZR21 respectively and you know you have a winning combination to fill those brutal wheel arches.

Such a track inspired look requires performance and sound to match, so Kato-san went for an Armytrix titanium Valvetronic exhaust system, not only does it look great with those four square tips at the center of the Aventador, but a weight of only 8kg means you save a lot of weight over the original one, add a remote control valve system (an OBDII module) with three modes of ‘loudness’ and the fun can begin. Armytrix uses Aero grade titanium to construct these exhausts which include cat-bypass pipes … in addition to the amazing sound this offers a 35hp power increase.

I think this specific Kato-san LB Works styling with the typical wide fenders will fall into the ‘you love it or you hate it’ category, and looking at the number of Aventador that have been converted into full LB Works models a lot of people with the necessary cash love the look … a quick search indicates at least 7 Aventador have received the entire LB Works aero kit, 2 of them being a Roadster.

I’m almost certain there are more than 7 LB Works Aventador in the world by now, so the Kato-san style does have some avid fans out there … the least you can say is that these wide Bulls are different and look like no other you’ll ever encounter on the open road.

If you take a closer look at the photos of this car you might notice the front and rear bumpers don’t look factory original nor Liberty Walk units … in fact these are special Aventador LP720-4 units, you know, the very limited edition V12 model created in Sant’Agata to celebrate their 50th Anniversary … in total only 100 LP720-4 have been built (and 100 LP720-4 Roadster in fact) and turning one of these rare Bulls into a Liberty Walk wide body version might have been just too far-fetched.

So in the end SR Auto Group took a regular Aventador LP700-4 finished in intimidating black and installed the front and rear bumper from the LP720-4 model onto her, after that the massive work to install the wide body Liberty Walk kit went ahead … note that these type of kits aren’t meant to be mounted by beginners, it takes a lot of skill and time to put it all together.

This ‘Walk of Liberty’ Aventador features wheel arch extensions over all four wheels, with that typical rivet style mounting method that has become a trademark for Liberty Walk over the years, add the special Liberty Walk side sill and their massive GT Rear wing and you end up with a car that looks like she just escaped from the track onto the open road … ready to stretch her legs.

And to make the package even more appealing SR Auto Group fitted PUR LX19 wheel on her with a deep, polished lip combined with a matte silver center piece … 9×20 inch up front and 13×21 inch at the rear … you have to fill up those wide wheel arches right?

Bader Al Roudhan is a Kuwaiti businessman but moved to Hungary where he founded Nimrod and created the Avanti Rosso … taking a Lamborghini Aventador and replacing just about every exterior panel and totally modifying the interior takes courage, money and vision … and while we don’t judge the final result of the Avanti Rosso you have to admit this is a totally different looking car now … priced between €700,000 and €900,000 it is also in a different price league compared to the factory built Aventador which is about half that price.

So what does this massive price increase will bring you as an owner … firstly a totally different car, most of the exterior parts have been replaced with highly modified, totally redesigned units, mostly made from lightweight carbon fiber which actually lowers the overall weight of the Avanti Rosso with 80kg, and that includes that massive, fixed rear wing and those large intakes above the rear wheels.

Up front the entire bumper has been replaced with a more pronounced unit that actually extends 180mm further forward compared to the standard unit, naturally the air intakes are modified too and Nimrod installs a vertical row of driving lights up front. The front hood receives two triangular air intakes next to the headlights and large red vents in front of the windshield … a style inspired by the Sesto Elemento in fact.

Both front fenders are slightly widened and receive a series of air vents above the wheels which look like they’ve come straight from the race track, to complete the transformation at the front a set of canards are installed on the side of the front bumper for additional stabilty at speed … Bader Al Roudhan actually quotes a top speed of no less than 420 Km/h …

On the side of the Avanti Rosso we encounter a beautiful sill, naturally in clear carbon fiber and featuring a trio of extra vents along the way, towards the rear wheels the design of the side sills swing upward to ‘connect’ to the new rear diffuser. The well-known side air intakes on the original Aventador receive two horizontal fins on the Avanti Rosso and a much large, carbon fiber fin to complete the look.

However the biggest difference on the side of the Avanti Rosso are those two large air intakes Nimrod added to the Aventador, on top of the rear fenders two large, boomerang shaped intakes have been installed to supply more cooling air into the engine compartment of the Avanti Rosso, note that Nimrod also installed a roof mounted intake … for even more cooling naturally.

The engine cover has been replaced by a totally new, carbon fiber unit with air vents similar to the ones found on the Sesto Elemento, also finished in red naturally, but on the Avanti Rosso a set of red Y-shaped lights run from the front to the rear of the car … very nice, and an innovative touch.

At the rear we encounter another very special touch applied by Nimrod … the massive rear wing is unlike anything we’ve seen before, a fixed unit this time, but the way it is integrated into the Avanti Rosso design still allows the original wing from the Aventador base car to rise when needed, great thinking from Nimrod here. The rear diffuser has become a very aggressively styled unit and boasts a stunning, totally new exhaust tip … it might remind us of the unit seen on the Pagina Zonda but still it is totally different.

The wheels on the Avanti Rosso are made in the United Kingdom, but for Nimrod they receive a touch of carbon fiber and red paint before they are installed on this amazing looking car, 20 inch up front and 21 inch at the rear.

For the interior I think Nimrod took a long look at the impressive Mansory workmanship and decided to show the same attention to detail on their Avanti Rosso … just look at that intricate stitching pattern on the seats … but also on the foot wells and even the floor mats … in fact the front luggage compartment even shows this amazing stitching pattern.

A combination of white leather, black alcantara and clear carbon fiber with red painted details turn the cockpit of the Avanti Rosso into something truly spectacular … and just when you think you’ve seen it all you peek up and notice the headliner … or should we say the stars in the sky … that’s right, inside the Avanti Rosso the headliner reminds us of the sky at night with a plethora of sparkling stars … amazing.

Now with looks like this you just need some more power right … all looks and no go isn’t an option when it comes to the Avanti Rosso by Nimrod, so with the original 700hp this tuned car will reach 100 Km/h in 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 350 Km/h … but on special demand they can turbocharge the Aventador V12 engine and pump out 1,200hp … 0 to 100 Km/h in 2.2 seconds and a top speed of 420 Km/h become a reality according to Nimrod …

It took Bader Al Roudhan and the team at Nimrod two years to develop their Avanti Rosso and while it takes 3 months to build one they told us a total of 5 units have been built already when they showed the matte black car at the Paris Mondial de l’Automobile in late 2014 … three of them sold in fact, so only two would remain.

Taking a look at the chassis numbers it does seem that the white Avanti Rosso shown in March 2014 at the Geneva Auto Show and the matte black one shown in October 2014 in Paris are in fact the same car … number 564 in fact … no matter what, the Avanti Rosso is a very, very impressive looking car.

Since 1997 FAB Design AG has been building impressive vehicle conversions for some of the most demanding customers all over the world, under the management of Roland Rysanek the company has become the supplier of Haute Couture for the road with exceptionally high-quality conversions of exotic cars. This tuner now proves, once again, that their in-house engineering skills and their special design language can be adapted onto the V12 flagship from Sant’Agata too.

The FAB Design Spidron takes the top of the line Lamborghini Aventador and makes it even more unique then ever … the Spidron clearly shows the individual FAB Design language while still holding onto the typical Italian style of the Aventador … the by now famous ‘triangular’ design elements from Lamborghini have remained dominant on this Swiss conversion.

Up front a completely new front bumper with integrated air intakes has been developed by FAB Design, an additional horizontal fin has appeared in the side intakes of the front bumper while additional daytime running lights make the Spidron even more aggressive, just ahead of the front wheels extra air vents allow better air tunneling for the big Bull.

On the side the sills are a new design too, with special intakes just underneath the doors that give the impression the Spidron is even longer than it actually is, while the rear diffuser has received a selection of vertical fins to increase stability at high speeds, while race track inspired sections have been added to the diffuser too, but also note the new air vent between the taillights of the Aventador Spidron … to keep the car street legal in Switzerland and in all other countries around the world it seems the exhaust has not been modified on the FAB Design Spidron.

The Spidron does have two more, very impressive items … for one that roof mounted air scoop really reminds us of the low and wide LeMans race cars we’re used to see on the track only, but the FAB Design rear wing is truly a work of art, with the two ‘stretching’ struts that lift the wing above the standard unit of the Aventador in true Formula One style … very impressive.

The matte black sections on the Geneva Show car combined with the Verde Ithaca bright green Lamborghini paint sure make an everlasting impression, add those color coded wheels into the equation and the Spidron will draw attention all the time. These EVOlight concave wheels are in fact lightweight forged units, 9×20 inch up front with 255/30 ZR20 and 13×21 inch at the back with 355/25 ZR21 Pirelli P Zero tires … perfect to keep the 730hp from this amazing V12 on the road (a modified ECU and special air filters add 30hp to the regular Aventador 700hp power output).

Inside only one modification is visible, a special FAB Design steering wheel that has become more ergonomic but still retains the airbag for safety reasons … all in all the FAB Design Spidron sure looks different from all other tuned Aventador out there.

A small overview of the parts:

BASICS kit is listed at €21,800 and includes the front bumper, lower front diffuser in 3 parts, LED lights, side sills with lower diffuser, rear bumper and the rear diffuser.

CARBONFIBER kit has the same parts of the Basics kit but the lower front diffuser, the lower diffuser on the side skirts and the rear diffuser are delivered in clear carbon fiber … at €25,900.

Fully forged wheels EVOLIGHT in 9×20 and 13×21 inch are available at €8,900

Installation of the entire kit will come in at €4,500 while painting will take another €6,200 for a glossy finished while a matte top coat will be an extra €600 on top of that.

Now for the additional options : the air scoop to be mounted on the roof costs €2,600 in paintable form and €3,200 in clear carbon fiber. The rear exit frame is listed at €800 to be painted and €2,800 in carbon fiber with the exhaust blade in CF at €2,900, Naca 4 cover set in CF at €2,100 and finally a mirror cover set in CF for €980.

The very impressive rear wing from FAB Design on their Spidron will set you back €5,200 if you decide to have it painted to match the car or in matte black for instance, while the much more impressive clear carbon fiber finish will demand €7,900 to obtain.

Note that all prices mentioned are mere indications and you really should get in touch with FAB Design to get exact quotes and delivery times on these items to create the Spidron.

Japan has already seen a very impressive Aventador created by LB Performance with wide wheel arch extensions, but Rowen shows us that with some small touches you can really change the overall impression of the Lamborghini Aventador too.

Rowen Customizing innovation has released two versions of their package for the Aventador, one called the ‘Styling Kit’ that consists of parts in FRP while the second kit that is called the ‘Platinum Style kit’ is finished in FRP and clear carbon fiber … naturally the latter is a little more expensive, but in the end the prices quoted on their website are very reasonable if you ask me.

The Styling kit is listed at 1,130,000 JPY (converts to 9,500 USD) and consists of a deep front spoiler with additional side sections, an impressive side sill with additional intakes in front of the rear wheels and a stupendously beautiful lower rear diffuser with the usual vertical fins for increased stability. If you want the entire set in the carbon fiber finished from the ‘Platinum Styling kit’ you’ll have to part with 1,650,000 JPY which adds up to about 14,000 USD.

For 200,000 JPY (1,700 USD) you can get a very nice rear wing as an option (380,000 JPY or 3,200 USD in clear carbon fiber) while another 180,000 JPY (1,500 USD) will add a very nice and stylish inset for the rear air vent of the Aventador (350,000 JPY or 3,000 USD for the clear carbon fiber version) to really make the Rowen Aventador complete.

Now with an Aventador looking this great you really should do something about the sound emitting from those four factory standard exhausts … so Rowen offers a very intimidating ‘Heat Blue Titan’ premium exhaust system at 1,600,000 JPY (a hefty 13,500 USD) that will have you thundering down the road like a ferocious Bull … besides looking great with the blue anodized tips the sound is amazing too thanks to the valvatronic system and lightweight titanium construction … a movie clip with the wild roar can be found on YouTUBE.

At the 2014 Geneva Auto Show Hamann came up with an evolution of their Nervudo kit, now called Hamann Limited for Aventador their show car was turned into a matte grey finished Bull with bright green accents … a shade that would return in the interior too, a custom made combination of green and grey leather with clear carbon fiber. The main difference between the Nervudo and the new Limited was found at the rear, the lower diffuser was a new design while air vents appeared between the taillights, also the entire package now showed a clear carbon fiber finish compared to the matte grey on the Nervudo six months earlier.

For the 2015 edition of the Geneva Auto Show something new had to be prepared by Hamann, and I’m sure the bright yellow, Giallo Orion metallic Lamborghini Aventador Roadster made a serious impression at the show wearing the very nice Limited bodykit with proud.

The complete package was installed by Hamann on this Limited for Aventador Roadster model, including the front bumper with the two additional air intakes, lower fin and vertical blades, the side sills are slightly wider than original and require two vertical wings just behind the front wheels while the large side air intake receives a massive clear carbon fiber intake.

Around the back the lower diffuser is installed showing the original exhaust tip but with round tubes inside, so the entire exhaust system has been revised by Hamann while the large rear wing probably prevents the original rear wing from opening so Hamann put two extra air vents on the rear fascia between the taillights for additional cooling of the engine compartment, naturally the big rear wing is totally adjustable for just the right amount of downforce.

The wheels on the Hamann Limited for Aventador Roadster are forged alloy units called ‘Professional’ in massive 9×20 inch up front and 13×21 inch at the rear with matching 255/30 ZR 20 and 355/25 ZR 21 high performance tires, also note Hamann reprogrammed the software for the engine control unit resulting in a power increase to 760hp (559kW) and a torque of 735Nm.

Two items are in fact missing from this new Hamann Aventador … on this Roadster edition the interior was kept factory standard, no special stitching or custom yellow alcantara for instance, not even some clear carbon fiber parts to make the central console look better … could have been a time constraint getting the car ready for Geneva as we’ve all seen the work Hamann did on the Nervudo and the grey Limited Aventador, so the workmanship is there.

The second thing I found missing on this yellow Roadster is that special air intake for the engine cover, because the Aventador Roadster uses a totally different engine cover compared to the closed coupé version the original triangular intake from Hamann won’t fit, but it would have been really nice if they could have designed a special one to fit the Roadster edition of their Limited kit.

Other than that I really did like the special carbon fiber pattern used on the parts for this Giallo Orion Roadster, a kind of ‘fishtail’ pattern that really sets apart this kit … and it was applied flawlessly too, very impressive.
