Lamborghini recently announced their intention to construct a series of high-end villas in Spain called the “Tierra Viva complex.” In collaboration with Dar Global, a luxury real estate company, the upcoming Spanish development subtly honors Lamborghini’s iconic car designs with super high-end exclusive residences for VIPs.

Located in the exclusive village of Benahavis, just a 10-minute drive from beautiful Marbella, these villas will not imitate the striking aesthetics of models like Huracán or Revuelto. Instead, the architecture integrates the motifs and lines, unquestionably mirroring the spirit of these models. The Lamborghini influence also fills the luxurious interiors, evident in the polished marble floors, lavish leather furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling glazing showcasing breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

the project will be complete by 2027

We don’t have exact details but expect the Villas to feature some kind of extravagant way of parking your Lamborghini inside your living room. Maybe a glass elevator, or a ramp to park your car straight into your back yard, you can be sure your Lamborghini masterpiece will be the center viewpoint in these houses.

We know that the complex will feature three different types of villas: Diamante, Zafiro, and Esmeralda, ranging from four to six bedrooms. Each villa will boast direct car access, rooftop swimming pools, multiple terraces, and beautifully landscaped gardens. To guarantee privacy and safety, 24/7 security and other shared amenities will be available, details of which Lamborghini will reveal soon.

The completion of this ambitious project is expected around 2027, and it will initiate a new era of architectural prowess influenced by automotive excellence.

Expect These To Be Sold-Out

lamborghini has not yet disclosed the pricing and other specific details of their upcoming villas.

At first, linking Lamborghini’s sports cars with residential design might initially seem unconventional. However, the booming market for luxury homes bearing the prestigious Lamborghini emblem is hard to ignore. The brand’s initial development project in Dubai, which sold out before construction started, speaks volumes about the allure of these supercar-inspired residences.

Lamborghini has not yet disclosed detailed specifications and pricing for the upcoming luxury villas in Spain, but one thing is certain: these homes are not meant for the faint-hearted or budget-conscious buyers. These are not just residences; they embody the essence of Lamborghini luxury villas.

the completion of the tonino lamborghini project in dubai is scheduled for 2026

The upcoming high-end Spanish Villas differs from Lamborghini’s inaugural venture into luxury housing. Following in the footsteps of Aston Martin, Porsche, Bugatti, and Bentley, who have also ventured into architectural design, Lamborghini is already working on a significant residential project. In collaboration with Oriental Pearls, a real estate developer in Meydan, Dubai, Lamborghini is developing the Tonino Lamborghini, which is due for completion by 2026.

The Tonino Lamborghini project covers an expansive area of 4.5 million square feet and offers 8,000 elegant residences, ranging from one to four-bedroom apartments. Positioned as one of Dubai’s most iconic addresses, each villa boasts panoramic views of the private 18-hole par-72 golf course and the stunning Burj Khalifa skyline from its private rooftop lounges.
