Our Take On The Game!
Burnout Drift 2 is a great sequel in the Burnout Drift series. It has all the cars we saw in the previous Burnout Drift with the Snowy Racing track, which we all loved. The graphics quality of the game is still pretty impressive with the new real-time reflections and better texture resolution, the game looks more realistic than ever. The car physics is very easy to learn, however, you will have to master the steering in this game because the roads are quite narrow on the hills. We recommend starting out with the Snowy Racing track because of the wider roads and it will help you make a lot of drift points and rack up those monies pretty fast.

Objective
This game is a drift simulation game. There are 3 tracks that you can pick from to drift in. The objective of the game is to drift as much as you can and make the highest drift score. There are 3 star-based drift points, you can beat in this new sequel. However, there is no compensation provided when you beat these stars’ drift points. You get rewarded 10% of the drift score you make. For example: If you make 100,000 points, you get 10,000 coins for the session. Beware of crashing during the session because the game doesn’t save the points you make after you crash and you can lose your rewards and drift points with a simple hit crash on the track.
NOTE: The game applies a drift multiplier every time you make a long drift in the game. We recommend trying to sustain the drift to get the highest score and rewards in the game. The max drift multiplier will go up to 10X. You also get extra points when you make DONUTS in the game.

Car Selection
- You can browse through all the cars with the arrows in orange located at the RIGHT and LEFT of the screen. (marked by blue arrows)
- Click on the BUY button in the orange-black button located at the BOTTOM RIGHT of the screen to buy a specific car. (marked by red arrow)
- When you’ve decided on a car of your choice for the session, click on the GO button in green located at the BOTTOM RIGHT of the screen to proceed to track selection. (marked by red arrow)
Map Selection
- Click on any of the 3 track image buttons to start the drift session located in the center of the screen. (marked by blue arrows)

How to customize your car in Burnout Drift 2?
Burnout Drift 2 offers two ways to customize your car with cool colors and attractive rims. Unlike Drift Hunters, customization is paid, but the game offers decent rewards for buying your favorite paints and rims as you make decent drift points. To access the in-game customization options:
- The customization options are available at the CAR SELECTION screen at the TOP of the screen. (marked by red arrow)
- There are 3 buttons for you to click on PAINT, RIMS, and TUNING in the customization options.
Car Paint Selection
- Click on the paint icon from the Customization UI Panel to access car paints. (marked by red arrow)
- You can click on any of the colors represented on a sphere to apply to your car. Keep in mind, if the colors are locked and have a price on them, you will be charged for the same. (marked by the blue arrows)
Wheel Rims Selection
- Click the Wheel Rims button in the Customization UI panel to access Wheel Rims. (marked by red arrow)
- You can click on any of the wheel’s rims represented with a picture of the rim to apply to your car. Keep in mind, that all the wheel rims have a price on them, you will be charged for the same. (marked by the blue arrows)
What are the tuning options available in the game?
The game offers a few options that slightly change the drifting behavior of your car. Here’s how you access the tuning window in the game:
- Click on the SETTINGS icon in the customization panel in the CAR SELECTION screen to access the tuning options menu. (marked by red arrow)
- You can slide the blue slider of each tune option to increase or decrease the effectiveness of the tuning option on your car. (marked by green arrow)
- Click on the ’SAVE’ button in orange to save your settings. (marked by red arrow). Click on the ’RESET’ button in red to reset your tuning settings. (left to SAVE button)
- When you’re done making the tune settings, click on the GO button in green to save the car settings. (marked by the blue arrow)
Here’s what these options do:
- Front Camber: This setting will make the car tire in the front stick out with a negative camber and turn inwards with a positive camber.
- Rear Camber: This setting will make the car tire at the back stick out with a negative camber and turn inwards with a positive camber.
- Front Suspensions: This setting will make the front tires have better stability with the positive addition with the ground and uncertain behavior of the wheels with negative addition.
- Rear Suspensions: This setting will make the back tires have better stability with the positive addition with the ground and uncertain behavior of the wheels with negative addition.
NOTE: The below tunings will result in unrealistic car behavior, we recommend keeping these settings on default.
- Front Suspensions Spring Force: This setting will make the car body wobble more at the front tires as you make a turn. More wobble with positive addition and less wobble with negative addition. We recommend keeping this on default setting.
- Rear Suspensions Spring Force: This setting will make the car body wobble more at the back tires as you make a turn. More wobble with positive addition and less wobble with negative addition. We recommend keeping this on default setting.
- Front Suspensions Spring Damp: This setting will make the car body stoop low at the front wheel as you drive it. The weight transfer as you make the turn will be clearly visible. We recommend keeping this on default setting.
- Rear Suspensions Spring Damp: This setting will make the car body stoop low at the back wheels as you drive it. The weight transfer as you make the turn will be clearly visible. We recommend keeping this on default setting.
