Personally, I still feel they should have unveiled this Countach homage in the same yellow as the actual 1971 prototype, they are showing that car on various images, but in white, and that’s just not correct, the real car was yellow, and as far as I know she was never repainted before hitting the wall during crash-testing at MIRA.
But that’s just some coloring in PhotoShop, so here goes …
Giallo Countach on a Nero Ade interior:
Or how about the Verde Medio over a Terra Emilia interior, like the production prototype in the museum?
I bet many Lamborghini Countach from the Eighties you’ve seen were finished in red over tan:
A black on white leather Lamborghini always looks good anyway:
Some classic Countach were finished in Blu Tahiti, so a nice shade of blue on a red interior still works today:
I rather like a classic, simple shade like Grigio Telesto too, especially with some orange details:
Just imagine having your Countach LPI 800-4 finished in a clear carbon fiber body:
On the Sian you could even order a gradient paint finish, like this exposed carbon fiber to Giallo Orion:
I’m sure the sky is the limit, and clients will get the help of the Ad Personam studio when configuring their brand new Countach LPI 800-4 … one of 112 units.
