Rumor has it Lamborghini is preparing a more powerful version of their successful Urus Super SUV, but if you want to enjoy more power than a standard Urus you can turn to German-based ABT Sportsline GmbH to have your V8 engine tuned to 710 hp and 910 Nm.
Just to put this into perspective, the factory standard Lamborghini Urus comes with a twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering 650 hp (478 kW) with a maximum torque of 850 Nm, which isn’t too bad for a big and heavy car like the Urus, but after a stay at the ABT Sportsline shop these numbers increase to 710 hp (522 kW) and 910 Nm respectively … this shaves 0.2 seconds from the acceleration figures from 0 to 100 Km/h … the Urus by ABT achieves this in only 3.4 seconds.
Hans-Jürgen Abt, CEO of ABT Sportsline, confirms the Lamborghini to be the sportiest marque in the Audi and VW Group, ABT has been tuning those marques for many years now, but only recently did they add the ABT Engine Control unit that increases the power output on this Super SUV to a massive 710 hp … with full warranty mind you.
