A Symphony of Speed and Elegance"

2023 lamborghini huracán

The Lamborghini Huracán is a sports car produced by the Italian automaker Lamborghini. It is the smallest and most affordable model in the Lamborghini lineup.

Under the hood, the Huracán is powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The Huracán boasts a sleek and aerodynamic design with crisp, streamlined lines designed to cut through the air and tame the road. It has a length of 179.1 inches and a height of 48 inches. Inside, the Huracán features a modern and luxurious cabin with advanced technology and high-quality materials.

The 2023 model year is slated to be the final year of production for the Huracán, as Lamborghini has announced a new model to debut in 2025.

What’s New for 2023 Lamborghini Huracán?

For the 2023 Lamborghini Huracán, the automaker has introduced a new model, the Huracán Tecnica. The Tecnica model offers a road-friendly dose of the tantalizing tactility offered by the hardcore. The 2023 Huracán is available in two trim levels: EVO and STO. The EVO is available in both rear-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations, while the track-focused STO is only available with rear-wheel drive.

Additionally, there will not be any major changes to the 2023 Lamborghini Huracán STO, and the naturally aspirated V10 variant will have no changes in output potency. The 2023 Huracán has a starting price of around $245,000 for the EVO coupe with rear-wheel drive.

In terms of design, there are some indications that the 2023 Huracán could have a super-futuristic appearance with a seamless front nose and a new feature on the hood.

In February of this year, Lamborghini released its first-ever off-road supercar, a vehicle with a daring and adventurous spirit that instantly catches attention.

The Sterrato shares a similar main headlight signature with the standard Huracán but offers optional horizontal LED lights for its nose. It sits 44 mm higher than the Huracán EVO, ensuring greater suspension travel, and has an increased track width.

Lamborghini claims a 3.4-second time to reach 62 mph for the Sterrato, while the driving experience has been described as comfortable, rear-biased, and amusing to drift. Thanks to the increased ride height and tire sidewalls, the car exhibits noticeable pitching and squatting, making it an engaging and thrilling ride.

Production of the Huracán Sterrato will start in February 2023, with only 1,063 units to be built. Though Lamborghini has not yet provided pricing information, it is expected to be above the $222,000 range.

Performance

The 2023 Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica features a 5.2-liter V10 engine that produces 640 horsepower and 656 Nm of torque. The rear-wheel-drive Tecnica can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, with a peak acceleration of 0.91-g at 42.8 mph. The top speed of the Tecnica is 325 km/h (around 202 mph). The car has a dry weight of 1,379 kg.

The engine is located in the middle of the Huracán’s body, just behind the passenger compartment. The Tecnica is a rear-wheel-drive model, and it uses a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

The Huracán STO, another trim level of the 2023 Lamborghini Huracán, is about 95 lbs lighter compared to the Performante. The STO has a significant increase in downforce, with nearly 1000 lbs of force pressing on the rear wheel at certain speeds.

The 2023 Lamborghini Huracán STO, another trim level of the Huracán, is also rear-wheel-drive only. It is powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine with a maximum power output of 640 hp at 8,000 rpm. The 2023 Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato is powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine that delivers 602 BHP at 8,000 RPM and 565 Nm of torque at 6,500 RPM. This high-riding supercar has a top speed of 162 mph and can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.4 seconds while reaching 124 mph in 9.8 seconds. The Huracán Sterrato’s braking performance allows it to go from 62 mph to a complete stop in 39 meters.

Although the Sterrato’s engine produces 30 horsepower less than the regular Huracán, its peak torque of 413 pound-feet remains unchanged. The supercar is equipped with a modified four-wheel-drive system, rear-wheel-steering technology, and torque vectoring to maintain traction even in challenging conditions.

Built for off-road capabilities, the Huracán Sterrato has a 47mm increase in ride height, a wheel track widened by 30mm, and larger wheel arches to accommodate grippier, heavy-duty tires. These features ensure exceptional performance on various road surfaces, such as asphalt, ice, or dirt.
