In less than 10 years DMC has become a household name in the world of high-end tuning for exotic cars, their aerodynamic kits for the Lamborghini Aventador and Huracan have made them famous all over the world, and now they are the first to reveal a complete package for the brand new Lamborghini Aventador S … called “Tecno”, the DMC engineers came up with a modified front spoiler lip, new side sills, rear lower diffuser and naturally a brand new rear wing.
All made from lightweight, but strong carbon fiber the new DMC Tecno follows the same philosophy that made DMC famous in the first place … Making good things better. The DMC Tecno kit, just like the Molto Veloce kit for the original Aventador, follows the design of the original car and adds more downforce while maintaining the impression the car left the factory gates as-is … the car will look totally different with the DMC Tecno kit, but you might mistake it from having left the factory like this.
The DMC Tecno kit improves the Aventador S, but in a style that could be factory OEM, and that is what owners of these exotic supercars are looking for, making sure the car stands out from the crowd, but in a good way … making the Aventador S look even better, more aggressive, more stylish.
To really make a difference DMC offers only 10 owners the options to have a carbon fiber front hood in a design that reminds us of the highly limited edition Lamborghini Centenario … only 20 Centenario Coupé are being built, all sold out long ago … but with the new DMC Tecno front hood, you can have some of the Centenario design on your own Aventador S.
The new DMC Tecno rear wing is another testament of the continuing quest to improve and innovate the tuning scene … Introducing DMC’s new hydraulic style wing for Aventador, adjustable in three different stages, from Corsa over GT to Insane … when looking at this aggressive new style of dry carbon fiber rear wing the first car that comes to mind is the Bugatti Veyron.
Not only are DMC wing spoilers TUV approved (A German street impact safety department), and Wind Tunnel tested, they are even CFD certified, its legs are made from nothing else than forged aluminium.
And the new DMC Tecno for Aventador S isn’t just for looks, they aim to offer a power upgrade up to a stunning 1588 hp, such a dramatic performance package can only be realized by Twin Turbos, revised wiring and gear-box setup, new cables, and plenty more.
No pricing information has been published, but I’m sure by the time the first customers are taking delivery of their brand new Aventador S they will be able to add the DMC Tecno kit … and when the Aventador S Roadster finally comes around … this Tecno kit fits her too.
